Great welcome, stay and entertainment! It's been like being at home, making you feel like a king, everyone treating you like you're the only inhabitant of the Hotel. After the beach and the pool, the best to hang out the entertainment team: every new thing. It even served me to learn languages. A round of applause for all of them because they deserve that effort. Thank you.

Great hotel! the animation is fantastic. They made us spend some very fun moments and complete it with great sports activities. Front Carlos who has a special gift.
The waiters were very friendly and helpful.

It is a hotel only for over 16 s, where you can relax without too much noise. It is located 2km from El Rompido, a very endearing fishing port and where it is eaten luxury at moderate prices. The hotel is opposite the Piedras River Lagoon that separates it from a very little visited natural beach. She's beautiful. It has no showers, beach bar or anything, just fine sands and clear water. I enjoyed it and recommend it 100%. That said, please, don't leave bags or cans, which some I saw from the stopping of some ignorant.

Hotel food staff and entertainment team were all fantastic could t fault any thing we will be going back to garden playanatural and we never go back to the same place liz & h page xxxx.

The hotel has great facilities. Highly recommended. Rich and varied food at breakfast and dinner. In what falls short the site ea in the evening entertainment, especially because it is a hotel for adults only. A show from 22 to 24 and to sleep. I don't think that well. Fantastic rest.

Amazing hotel! So peaceful, with a amazing view, big pools, spa, tennis, billart, games zone, many activities, bars, souvenirs store, the rooms are so comfortable. The eating is the best. The drinks delicious, and the staff are so so friendly. Cannot wait for come back. Perfect place for holidays in couple or with friends.

This hotel is really great can't fault the hotel or the staff and the food is out of this world. Only one thing is you can't get a cup of tea or coffee with the evening meal. You have to buy water or alcohol (wine etc). If you like to just sit all day and sunbathe read a book this is the place for you. (No kids adults only). But if you like to wonder around shops or cruse the bars then don't bother. The hotel is situated on top of a hill. The nearest shop is a 20 mins walk (Only sells food). The nearest clothing and accessories shops is about 45 — 50 mins brisk walk. However you can hire a car from the hotel (get the fuller insurance not the standard insurance). You can also hire a sat nav. (You will need it). Buses forget it takes hours and not straight forward.

This place is amazing it’s out of this world. It’s paradise all in one. The hotel is very clean and stylish looks like out of magazine. The room we have is enormous and very well equipped. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom does not disappoint large and very stylish. The outside of hotel is fantastic there are beautifully kept gardens and water features as you stroll down to the two swimming pools and spa pool. There is large bar round first pool to get all your refreshments from. There is also another bar for evening entertainment the blue bar. Beyond all of this are fabulous views of private beach and small harbour. Then there are spa pools and gym in lower level of hotel. Food has been great with a vast amount of choice! Plenty salads soups rice dishes roast meats all fruits everything you can think of. This has been a pleasure writing as can’t praise this hotel enough. And last but certainly not least the staff are extremely helpful and polite smiles all the way.

I liked it a lot. The food I liked enough. The animation team is fantastic.
The only thing I did not like was that you did not enter any ice cream from the menu in the all inclusive (in some hotels I went in some) and the second, I say it as advice is that they do not have in a showcase alcoholic beverages. Facing the client is much better than if they have them under the counter.

I've only been one day but I have to say it was all wonderful. The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The room was very large and with a terrace towards the pool. Thank you.

It is a fabulous hotel, very clean, good food and abundant. We were presented in the room with a fruit dish. We went to relax and we got it. What a peace!

Excellent hotel. I would definitely repeat it. You could use a little paint. But the good treatment of the staff, especially the animation makes you even notice that.

Too many Germans, it looked like a German town. The employees did nothing to prevent guests from booking the hammocks first thing in the morning and went to breakfast with all the tranquility or disappeared for hours and could not be used, so there were not enough hammocks. The food was very nice and the breakfast was very good, it was a shame, I was in the military.

All nice and clean, spacious rooms. Food average, small choice. All incl drinks rather poor. No music by the pools. Entertainment way below average — biggest attraction was bingo! Not recommended if you are under 65 years old. Hotel is full of retired Germans, so no parties or disco. Staff grumpy and not friendly. Spa, incl. Hot tube all to be paid extra! Free parking available outside hotel. Not recommended for those who are looking for fun holiday.

Good hotel to go with your pet. Spacious rooms with shared garden with other rooms, where you can get together with other dogs. This is the only point that they lack to improve although I commented at the front desk that was one of the renovations they had planned for this year, so that each room had its own private garden.

Except for the one really unfriendly staff (permanently… With eyes roll and face forgiven), it was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The service was friendly, the food very good (and I am always very critical) and the drinks were very good. We would come back.

An adult-only Hotel, wonderful with an excellent and friendly staff and both the breakfast lunch and dinner of the best and especially the animators especially that Carlos who spend a few days of enjoyment and laughing we go a 10 for them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, close by and with good views of the arrow. We will definitely repeat the next time we go around the area.

The hotel is really very clean. Especially the rooms are very tidy. The beds are reasonably comfortable. Room service class.
The food is mediocre — lunch is rather not so good, dinner on some days is excellent.
No toys or air mattresses can be used on and in the pool! I found a great pity. Otherwise very nice pool area! The cocktails at the poolside bar are not cocktails but only mixed drinks. Better cocktails are served at the bar in the evening.
The animation gets full 5 stars, which was a little highlight every day.
The sea and the boat trip there are something special. Unfortunately, the sea is not an optimal beach because the swell is very strong, and after a metre of sand there are only mussels and stones on the ground. There's a need for caution.
The hotel has very good offers for exploring from Portugal to Gibraltar.
To complement: we were there at the end of September/beginning of October for 8 days. Age group 20-30.
All in all it was a nice holiday.

To be honest it was a plaisure to stay at this hotel. Best location to relax, enjoy the beautiful beach, but the greatest thing was to meet the wonderful staff! Specially the entertainment team! Those guys are seriously the sweetest and most positive persons I ever met! Full of energy, very entusiastic! I just have to give a special feedback about Mélanie, greatest person, great dancer, great positive energy and very professional. Keep going! I Will surly be back Next year.

Spanish hotel, which has its advantages and disadvantages.
We stayed in room 1250: and found a super clean room with comfy beds, a very good air conditioning and spacious and unscrupulous bathroom.
Minor defects were repaired promptly and immediately. This was a defective bulb and from the balcony door the disc was completely loose in the frame.
Well I found the spacious closet, not so good, the very bottom and far back in the closet mounted safe. On the outside façade of the room on the balcony there was a black mould on the wall.
Which was not at all.
The noise from the hallway! From 6 o'clock in the morning or even earlier the room doors of the neighbors popped or there were trolleys pulled over the hallway, which really sounded like a helicopter flying over the hotel. Then one was awake and could no longer really fall asleep, because the departure traffic was heard again and again.
In addition, in the gym hidden behind a bamboo mat the wall is extremely moldy. I would recommend to anyone "not" to train!
So we would be at the reception: Here I was somewhat disappointed by the staff. With the exception of Manoli, which could be tiled German, none of the receptionists really ruled German and I was checked out three times during the key delivery for day trips…
English was relatively good. So a compliment to Manoli which has always answered all my questions well and super friendly with liquid German.

We spent our honeymoon here and can absolutely recommend the hotel. Amazing food, friendly staff and a bottle of wine along with well wishes in the room. Unfortunately my wife was already pregnant, but they couldn't have known. ;-)

Lovely hotel, went all inclusive and the perks that came with were great, I clouding access to a gym and free travel to the local town and beach. Great if you want to relax for a week.

Ohla "very, very nice here, scenically very well located, short by the pine forest and already by the sea, very friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, quiet location, pure relaxation, & perfect air conditioning even night it throughout. Bathroom both clean and living room. Also slept very well in the bed, mattress very good. Buffet breakfast/Dinner clean, quiet very large selection.

Super friendly staff and lovely food. Plenty of sun loungers and even alcoholic beverages included in all inclusive package. Beds were firm yet comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space. No tea coffee facilities in room and only news channels on tv, unless you speak German or Spanish. I'd go again without hesitation.

Kindness and Super menu tailored carefully for case of food allergies (gluten and milk) which is my case.

Normal Spanish hotel for adults only eat fine beds are new but very hard not slatted boards only! Pool is very beautiful which are come down. The sun beds are not free per day from €20 available e. G. With bottle of sparkling wine. This is absent in the hotel description. She pool bar is oversized and has a terrible selection cannot be recommended. Cocktails from the tap! We have a superior sea view room size and a beautiful look. The ferry to the beach across the river is €3 for there and back together. There is no transfer there by car walking only 10-15 min down on the river. A veeeeery beautiful sandy beach is 1 x hourly ferry and quietly leave. Here, anyone should do this with the car and all the towns and beaches to explore. We are flying to faro on the first day that explored eastern side of the algarve on the across to the hotel and then went to Spain in the hotel. Attention: car rental with border crossing come together Costs on! Landlord "interrent", we had only €30 charge border crossing.

A hotel of luxury to my point of view should have at least 4-star, all very well located, Nice staff, superior food… really for my… chapod. We will return.

Been in the hotel Garden natural Beach last day 9, 10 April and I booked a junior suite, after seeing pictures of the hotel it was with high expectations, but when I got… Careless super hotel, room and facilities very deteriorated and no TV in the room, heated pool with MOSS and sand in the water and the cold water!
What does not smear is the buffet, lots of variety and good food and very nice sea view but… a pity about hotel.

Hotel well animation regular walking bariedad of beverages at the food bar in abundance but little bariedad.

Very large room with good terrace. The animation is very well. The guys make fun pool activities. All included this well. Good food and attention of the waiters. I'll be back another time.

The Wi-Fi is the best I have ever tasted in a hotel. Normalita meal, the desserts, the great pool. Very large room and COMMODE but the TV is old and with very few channels. It is a quiet hotel which is only for adults.

Promising weekend… agustito!

This weekend I have been at the hotel, has been a disaster.
The good: very nice staff, common areas are very well, removing some bugs of maintenance inside the hotel as humidity, spectacular views.
Bad: we felt cheated and deceived, we expected more than one four star hotel, one of hotel chains more important, where we installed was quite impaired, (1333), my, ceilings with cracks, esconchadas, furniture deterioarado walls, trash broken water, one of the doors that overlook the courtyard didn't, all full of ants clothing…
We complain when you enter the hotel and until the next day not we changed room, clear this thanks to ants, they gave us one of the suits of the hotel, (2204), well Needless to say has that suits little, equal, damaged, fractured the closet interiors, hot tub broken, with a sink stopper, since the original of the bathtub did not exist, sheets with gaps…
Charge you for everything, the full Board drinks they claimed, after nothing cheap, all barrel, are going crappy, the bar at the hotel ask you a drink and charge you on the one hand for example €3.80 rum and apart the coca cola another quantity, and not give you the bottle or Tin, they filled it with a barrel the animation being a hotel for adults, I saw a little short, especially at night.

I was together with my wife from 16 to 22 September, in room 1219, and we want to record the 8 days so magnificent that made us pass all the hotel entertainment team, starting with Victor, Carlos and dew. It is the second year that we repeat and would ask the person in charge of the hotel which follow, with staff who have, as in 90 percent, they are responsible for that return, and staff of bar and dining room are charming, although there were a few days where did you notice missing staff, since they were not abasto to cater for all. You damoos a rating high sooo hotel by the personal computer that has. And I said, the animation team is the beam that supports the weight of the hotel. A hug to everyone and we are already gathering for the coming year.

Outdated facilities, half-shattered hammocks, pool has chlorine as pa disinfect operating rooms and the bed that I play, wishing to catch mine. Food days, some great, other nowhere variety. In short a 3 * none of what you see in the brochure. Disappointed.
