Very well placed and all in all comfortable to attractions and public transport. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. Problematic bathroom.

Small hotel on the ascent to the Alhambra (unbeatable location). From our room you can see the Alcazaba. Good treatment and details such as free coffee and tea 24 hours.

Well if you enjoy sleeping in a shoe closet you will really love it here. The room was tiny, It was like being in a closet. The beds were comfortable so that's something. But if you have claustrophobia you will be very uncomfortable.

Room too small, works next to the hotel no information before booking to warn us, alarm clock with the works 6:45 a scandal. The terrace and the view no one especially to avoid.

Location is great: minutes from the Alhambra, restaurants and bars, and shops. Service was good: staff friendly and willing to answer questions. Our 2 rooms did not have a proper double bed.

Got us tickets for Alhambra, were able to provide directions for when we left on how to get to where we needed to go, and provided us with a good entertainment choice for the night we were there.

Very helpful staff. The girl at the front desk explained everything we needed to enjoy our 3 day stay. The rooms are very nice and the cleanliness service excellent.

Overall, enjoyed my stay for the price. Great service from friendly staff. Here's what happened: at first we were given a tiny room that barely had any walking or luggage space. I put my initial review of the small room on Expedia. The next day they saw the review and upgraded me to a larger room. This review is based on the larger room. Pros: -Comfortable, well decorated, upgraded furniture -Fantastic location close to the Alhambra and shopping alike -Very friendly hotel staff -Good amount of shampoo and soaps provided, 24 hour free coffee and tea -There's an elevator Cons: -Slow Wi-Fi -Bed sheets, pillows, and towels not the cleanest but not too bad Side note: my larger room was on first floor, the original small room was on second floor.

In the old town of Granada next to all you have to see, clean and pleasant.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. This hotel is close to everything that you need to see on Granada. It is located in a historic street. It's is a walking distance from the Alhambra, the restaurants and town square. The staff are good. The communication with the hotel was excellent; when ever I had a question and send them an email, they would respond back within a few minutes. The rooms are on the smaller size (good for 1-2 nights) our balcony overlooked the Main Street. They had a nice courtyard on the same level of our room. It was nice to sit there and relax after all the walking we did. They have free coffee and tea throughout the day. Breakfast comes with a fee. There is also 2 computers with internet for guests to use.

Great place. Rooms were pleasant, AC was great, bathrooms felt new. The front desk is extremely friendly, laptops with internet access are available, and a nice patio on the second floor. Also, great location. Highly recommended.

I don't know where all these other good reviews stayed but apart from the convenient location we would suggest staying somewhere else. The curtains were stained, the AC filter doesn't look like it has been cleaned since the hotel opened, the shower was dirty and shower door was broken, the two chairs in the room were in serious need of reupholstering, the bed was highly uncomfortable, and also stained. The only redeeming quality is location and views from 4th floor but you feel like you're sleeping in a sea of filth and the shower hardly helps you feel any cleaner. Some other quirks about the fourth floor: there is no elevator, if you're on the top floor you have to go up two flights of stairs as the elevator does not go all the way, and the receptionist will not offer anyone to bring up your bags. We are younger so don't mind but maybe an issue for some. Also on the fourth floor, if you flush the toilet the cold water in shower or sink loses pressure completely, we have experienced the hot water issue when you flush but never a loss of water pressure anywhere else we have stayed. The bathroom door had a knob on the outside but none on the inside to pull it shut — not sure why. We were staying only one night so we put up with it. If you have a longer stay planned, stay somewhere else.

Nice little hotel. Fantastic views of the city on the fourth floor. All facilities are adequate, beds are big and comfortable, free tea and coffee all day. Can't get better than the location either.

Gateway to the historic, is worth get walking, the rise also although there are q take into account that the slopes are quite steep.

Beautiful door but care that climbing you will find with Roma who want to sell you romero and get you them quarters.

Very good hotel. Excellent location. Just steps from the Alhambra, near everywhere.
Girls parts but enough for a couple of nights. Attention is first, they are very friendly at the front desk. Breakfast is good, it has just enough to start the day. The decor is not modern but okay.
I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here in early December 2014. My expectations were fully met. Considering the location and costs, this place is good value for the money.

OK this place has the right location. It's clean and the accommodations are modern and easy to use. However what takes this over the top is the helpful staff. Friendly, accommodating and willing to take a little extra time to get you to the right place. I will return to this hotel.

It is tiny but very cosy and we have been taken care of very well and are very friendly, when we needed something right away we have seen, also say that you pass the breakfast of the street and use what you need and you have coffee and teas free 24h, the location in the centre you can climb up to the alhambra or walk down in the corner. I to liked would.
