In general the hotel is good. Kind and helpful customer service. The only thing, serious is the cleanliness of the rooms. They replace towels. The beds are redone. But lanpolvela remains and above all the hair of those who take care of the cleaning of the rooms. Everywhere, under the beds, bathroom and dust. Very bad.

Not bad. Could be better specially some of the staff at the front desk. Big rooms with great views if you stay at the 15th floor. Good breakfast.

Great hotel, friendly staff, even there was an receptionist who spoke Russian, which pleased. The room is clean, fresh, the bathroom has soap and red accessories, towels are white, the bed is clean. The view from the window is gorgeous. There is no restaurant, but there is a bar on the ground floor. The hotel has a great location, and the cathedral is a short walk away. Nearby restaurants, shops, cafes, in general very convenient. We loved it, we recommend it.

Leonardo hotel of Granada is one of the best hotels they have big rooms and has bath tub as well. The rooms have good view of the city. Best part is the breakfast which is elaborate as compared to any hotel we lived in Spain during our holidays. People like us Asians we need hot food and it is made available. Lots of variety in breads and sweets. My family really enjoyed the stay. You will not miss anything here. Of course TV is not clear however it doesn't matter as we don't come here to see TV. Awesome breakfast worth staying here.

Very great stay for the price. There is 24 hour concierge, which helped with our flight that arrived at 2AM. The inside was spacious, with a very clean bathroom. Our room also came with a terrace, which had very nice views of the city in the morning. The only complaint I have is the bed — the mattress is sort of hard, and while we requested a king bed, what we got was two twin beds put next to each other. It was doable but not preferred.

You must improve the Wi-Fi. Breakfast is fine although I don't like it not being included in the room rate and you should pay aside. The front desk staff is right no more.

Great location and communication. The rooms that look out over the Alhambra have good views. However, horrible beds (we slept absolutely nothing…), rooms that need a renovation, no painting, bad smells, breakfast expensive, no plugs… He doesn't deserve the star rating he's got.

Very nice hotel.

What is happening to me seems incredible, book a room in April for a concert by Joaquín Sabina on May 22, the concert is suspended, you try to modify the reservation date is not possible. Okay, you try to expand it to take advantage and attend with your son and know Granada and is not possible you have to take another room for a person to sleep separately and ask me for 94 euros, when the couple pay in April I made the reservation 80euros. It looks good quality but then none of that!
The service is of penalty, does not have enough plugs or to put the mobile to charge, the towels were filthy full of hairs, and better not to talk about the staff, a disappointment in every rule, nothing to do with the pictures… it seems that they have no qualms about deceiving people…

Many stars have this hotel only for their views, neither the equipment nor the cleanliness is 4 stars.

20th century Hotel. No plugs and a bad Internet. The room was clean. The bathroom was good too.

Much to improve. Amazing that in full 2018 a hotel does not have a plug in any of the tables to be able to charge the phone. Lots of noise from adjoining rooms and as you touch a busy day out, although there are 4 lifts… you have to wait as the rooms are on an 11th floor. 12.13. Etc.

We have only been to the hotel to sleep and the room where we have been was quite quiet.
The room was very comfortable and the pillows were very small.

Grey room on the 13th floor with amazing views of city and only an easy straight few minute walk to the Alambra. Travelling alone a welcome is important and this I received and exceptional price! Thank you.

Have enjoyed the Leonardo Hotel standard many times, but unfortunately I have to give some stars in this hotel.

If 'understated' means tired and reeking of smoke then the description of the rooms is uncannily accurate. The walls are so thin that every conversation, flushing toilet, running tap is so clear as to make sleep impossible. I suppose you get what you pay for. Had I been paying I would have aimed higher. I guess someone got a deal for a reason…

Good hotel, clean, tidy, attentive staff, good views… especially if you sleep from the 13th floor. It's been a good stay. Central and has nearby supermarkets, and basic services. Spacious rooms, at least the one I had.

I was taken a disappointment, it is not for less a 4 ☆ hotel. Two small armchairs with torn, small and old Tele, we booked double room and they gave us separate beds. Pillow without just filling, two old blankets to cover in case of cold, small room and no space just.
The bathroom the truth that something better though the shower like that of my house, tube and small, simple artichoke. The reception of the Hotel Bonita the truth.

All in all good and the location pretty good, about a 10 minute walk to the center. The room was spacious and clean even though the mattress was somewhat hard. Breakfast was also good with quite variety.

The hotel is very well located with WL centre of Granada. The room is very well equipped although the furniture is normal and the TV a little small. However, it has a window where you can see Sierra Nevada. Finally say the price is great.

I have sometimes asked for help. It's usually about transport. In Granada, hotels can call you a taxi, and they have a different waiting list (in other words, the taxi doesn't take as long as it would if you call them directly). The staff at the hotel have always been very helpful.

I think it's pretty good for it's price but we did had one problem with the Wi-Fi, it was disconnecting every 10 minutes, which was pretty frustrating. But that's pretty much it. Overall it was pretty good, I dig it.

Great location, very close to the city centre and very nice hotel. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very nice views as it is on very tall plants. The room was very spacious and clean. The water pressure is not good and sometimes it doesn't come out as hot as it should.

Is not worth the money! The WLAN, which is offered as a service, can not be used as it simply does not work even after you have complained several times, nothing has been changed. In the room and also in the hallway it stinks bestial after drain or canal. It is unbearable and is already odor nuisance.

It is a good hotel in terms of location, quality price and buffet breakfast. In addition, as the rooms start from the 11th floor, the tranquility is assured. This is the second time we've come.

It's outdated. Lack of maintenance, our room had shoe stains on the wall and a broken curtain.

Everything is perfect from the beautiful window to the Alhambra. Very good breakfast And the room I liked enough. I certainly wouldn't mind repeating.

I don't think it's a 4 * hotel, much less. It looks old, the bed is pretty hard and the walls look like paper, level you listen to the neighbor's TV. My room was quite small to the point of not entering two people in the bathroom. At least the staff is quite professional and the views and location are good.

To be 4 star, I've been to hotels of 3 much better. The best of the hotel are its employees, very friendly and professional. The worst thing,,, the hotel itself. The old rooms, the spring bed, a chest of drawers inside the wardrobe of the years 90. The shampoo was also gel. The broken sink,,,,

Hotel very nice. Staff very helpful. Location good. Price for car parking and bit steep! Would rate 7 out of 10

No telephone in the room. No wall contacts to charge your phone. The switch of by the lightswitch. Not able to set temperature for the a/c. To much noise from outside and neighbours rooms… outdated. No shelf in the cupboard to store your clothes no hangers. The only positive is that the room and bedsheets are clean.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, it's supposed to be a four star but two stars is generous. Our stay at this hotel ruined this part of our Spanish holiday. The rooms and furniture are shabby and in dire need of refurbishment, no tea or coffee making facilities, threadbare sheets with holes in them, TV's are old tube type. The reception staff are not very friendly from having to manage many unhappy guests. Due to the poor condition of our room we asked if we could look at another room and were told that it's a waste of time because they are all in the same condition, which was true. The buffet breakfast was however amazing and the one good thing about the hotel. The Photos on Booking Com are deceptive, especially the ones that show a rooftop deck/terrace, this does not exist? or the modern pleasant looking rooms, which in reality are the type you would get at a non rated motel.

Good location compared to downtown, dated hotel but very nice and comfortable rooms.

It seems that the hotel is no longer part of the Vincci chain. Personel was occupied with computers. Room was very hot and the airco made a hell of a. Noise. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom smelt aweful. This hotel no longer has the rating it had in 2009. All Vincci branding was taped off. Will not return there.

I was there just to pick meet some friends, and to ask the staff to call a taxi for us. The hotel looks really nice. I know it's a historic hotel in the city, and the staff were really helpful.

Small and old rooms without even a power outlet. We were also locked in the garage without emergency exits.

Very unhappy with my step by this hotel.
The room is not soundproof. I stayed on the 12th floor and all the street noise was heard.
The mattress is very old and very thin pillows (bed very uncomfortable).
Television also is super old and some room plugs or running.
On the other hand, cleaning is very good.
Let me clarify that my reservation was via a website reservation. Perhaps if the reservation at the hotel search, you get a better room (worse surely not).

I know less a lot better star hotels. Mattress malisimo, key me all the springs, the old and damaged furniture. Wifi although it puts free 24 h only gives to see mail nothing more. Few plugs and stop over working at night. The staff was correct but I do not recommend it for anything. Without doubt the worst hotel I know. Should take you 3-star.

Best 3-star hotels… room with old furniture, tube TV, few outlets for charging and smell of pipe that may perhaps be punctual but touched me. Correct treatment.

Location is on the main street of the Granada, Maybe 10 to 15 minutes walk to the heart of downtown, yet furniture in the rooms are a bit old and the hotel have an old outdated feel. however, the price to value ratio is perfect.

A very nice hotel and the buffet is excellent, the best I've eaten. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, has much improved, difficult to connect.

The hotel is well, the views are incredible alhambra, very good price, the only downside mattress q is Springs hard like a stone.

Do not advise it to anyone. It leaves much to be desired for a 4 premieres. I was 15 minutes. It takes to view the room. Hotel from the plant is 11 to 15. From there down are homes. This hotel in my city which is Benidorm. Maximum 2 star.
