Although only 1 star this is an amazing cheap clean and friendly place to stay and perfect location for Marbella old town.

I like to analyze always taking into account the money I have paid. In that sense a hotel a step away from the center of Marbella and a step and a half from the beach for the price paid is authentic ten.
Regardless of what paid is a hotel that stands out solely for the location, with the staff we had no more relationship than the entrance and exit, the apartment was on a second floor without elevator, nice décor, large and comfortable bed, overlooking a back street it's like a neighbor's yard, no views and normal cleanliness (although we found a male intimate garment in the closet).
We had a thankless surprise (our mistake for not looking at the time of booking) and is that we assumed that an apartment with kitchen would have something to cook and it turns out that there is neither vitro nor oven only microwave.
Because I didn't have a coffee maker.

Great hotel, and especially recommended for family trips.
The room is very spacious, with double bed, sofa and spare space for a cot, plus wardrobes. The best thing is the small kitchen that the rooms have, which include microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses and other elements (no fires or ceramic hob there is to cook the only thing). The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing but there is no elevator, but you can leave all the beach items at the reception.
The location is also great, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 from the historic center, in a lively but quiet area (except for some car or motorbike especially noisy otherwise there is hardly any discomfort).
Next to the hotel (less than 100 meters) there is a very expensive car park where you can leave the car for 10 euros a day if you book at the hotel (if not for free the price is excessively expensive).
The hotel staff is very friendly and friendly, especially Jose, whom we thank for your attention and professionalism.
In short, the Hotel Finland is totally recommended!

The perfect place! Location close to the beach and most restaurants, very comfortable and big room with balcony and kitchen and very friendly service. The room is perfect and regularly cleaned. Bravo!

Clean, quaint yet modern little place. So far so good, host Jose is very friendly, bed is comfy (for me), area is quiet yet close to everything, no breakfast but theres fresh coffee and biscuits, shops down the road and plenty of places to eat around.
