Good rooms for a very reasonable price. Kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms and bathroom, both very roomy. Lovely rooftop terrace! Overall a nice place to stay.

An experience for travelers. The best, customer service, comparable with Elizabethan housekeeper Caroline — sculptor who runs the Hostal la Palma — thus understanding the 4 consecutive years that carries a 9 in Booking. The facilities are old but they are very clean and decorated as if it were a small art gallery. The fabled terrace and literally 2pasos from Calle Larios.

Very clean, big bedroom but don't expect things like modern furniture or TV plasma. The location is right in the city centre so not that quiet during the night.

Lovely little place. Seems to consists of just a few rooms along a corridor on top floor of a very well located building. All are simple but attractively decorated with local art. There's also a little kitchen you can use and a beautiful roof garden with good views.

Shared bathroom, but private sink in room. Clean, comfortable, kitchen available and usable, refrigerator in room. Room is cleaned daily. Reception is rather seldom occupied.

Stayed for 5 days in that hostel and it was great! The staff is very friendly, the owner is very helpful. I was quite surprised by the hygiene! Everything is so clean. The location is perfect. I highly recommend!

The hostel has a perfect location. 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. The Rezeptionangestellte is very nice and helpful. There is a nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment and beautiful terrace. 2 bathrooms are available. In Derm room is also a sink and TV. Free Wi-Fi.

Excellent location — walking distance from the airport train and right in the center, a couple of minutes from the waterfront. Old, but well maintained property. Bathroom was very clean, good water pressure. Room had a wardrobe, mini fridge and a small balcony. There is also a nice common terrace upstairs. Room was a bit small, but big enough for a weekend trip. Some towels smelled like smoke.

I am definitely coming back to Pension La Palma. We really enjoyed our stay and the rooftop terrace.
