Beautiful place to stay, staff are exellent and drink is cheap… if you get bored of the bar in the hotel there are a number of pubs around, the beach is just down the road and the food in the buffet is beautiful, so much to chose from, there’s also water activities during the day and there’s a kids club everyday, it’s a beautiful hotel, so many places to explore in it, deserves to be 4 or over definitely.

Hotel overall good but without much pretension. Notes "stonate" are the minibar 4th per day safe 3rd per day (and 5th deposit) lounger in the pool 2nd per day… In other parts of the world and in other hotels, all this is free. Eat variegated and good, great sangria. It would need a renovation like buying new beds and date furnishings. Overall 3/5 rating.

Very good for a 3 star. Very clean and the buffet for breakfast/lunch is pretty good. Bar drinks are pretty cheap and the room has air con which is a nice bonus. Can't think of a downside, great for the price/star rating and not far from a few bars and restaurants. Pool area has games throughout the day (volleyball etx) and has a bit of entertainment at night for an hour or so.

Lovely holiday, room small but clean and adequate, people from everywhere not just English which we found great. Restaraunt staff o k but they never had a minute. Caroline on reception was brilliant and the younger ones should learn from her example, nothing was too much trouble. Would I go again yes although cardiac Hill is a big if a pull.

He pasado el fin de semana de viernes a domingo por la mañana con la oferta de media pensión. La habitación era sencilla y estaba limpia pero las vistas no era las más bonitas. La comida era variada y estaba buena, quizás hubiera estado bien tener barra libre de bebidas al menos en refrescos y agua. Recomendable para pasar unos días.

Good food. Cleanliness and friendliness. I will repeat without hesitation.

Good bedding. Friendly staff Hotel well located in relation to the beach and the sights. Fifteen minutes from the airport. Households of the rooms to be improved. Disappointing soundproofing. Excellent food.

De kamers zijn weg karig, op verschillende plekken in het hotel hangt een vreemde lucht, de airco op de kamer werkt niet waardoor het er erg warm is verder is het zwembad pas on 10.30 uur open. Naar mijn idee is dit erg aan de late kant voor de vroege vogels.

Had a good time here but you have to pay for the extras like a safe and a fridge and a kettle. Not used to that after London hotels where all of these are provided free.

Excellent staff, super friendly cleaners, self service breakfast with many things to choose from, the average room but with good Wi-Fi, there are vending machines in case you get hungry and want to have a sandwich. I liked it a lot and I'll repeat.

A proper love hate review for San Fermin. Off the bat the hotel was just what we hoped, a well placed, clean, tidy and a great room. My issue is that the hotel seems to have outgrown its own ground. The dining area seems too small and at meal times you can be expected to wait a god 20-30 minutes for a table, the bar never has more than 2 people on even during peak times and the outside area used for entertainment is too small as the majority of the time we found ourselves stood up at the back to watch any entertainment. Now to my main issue, the reception, no matter what time of day, no matter how many people waiting or staff being the desk they would only ever deal with one person at a time, I wanted to ask to borrow an iron for a wedding that day, I came down at check-in time, there must have been 2 dozen family's waiting to check in, they had 3 people behind the desk yet they would only serve one person/group at a time…, After waiting 30 minutes I had to leave the iron and go out with a wrinkled shirt… Haha. Like I say the hotel is great, the room was clean and tidy and amenities are there, it just seems like they have too many visitors/rooms for the size of the place and amount of staff.

Nice hotel food really nice. Rooms clean and spacious. Bar prices very reasonable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lovely cleaners, they helped us when we needed something.

Nice clean very small room but quite adequate. No tea or coffee making facilities but hey we didn't pay too much. Guy on reception was very nice and very strong free Wi-Fi in the room.

Would definitely recommend hotel San fermin been here for four day's and our room has been cleaned fresh towels toilet roll topped up every day food lovely all staff through out hotel helpful and very pleasant myself and husband will be recommending it to our friends n family x.

Nothing special. €2 per day for sunbeds at the pool. €4 per day for a fridge for your room. Rooms are dated and basic. For the money paid, it was okay.

One of the better 3Star Hotels, close to the beach, nice family hotel, friendly personnel, good food, decent prices at the bar, everything clean, good rooms, nice garden and pool.

Hard to fault. Great entertainment day and night, good food, close to the beach and shops, nice bedrooms. However, One of the older, male reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and you have to pay for sunloungers by the pool. Apart from that I would definitely recommend staying here!

Been with cleaning group zero year washed after one of my complaint around the bed non-matrimonial room but with two beds stuck eating x the most frozen breakfast x Italians very poor ate bad change sheets the day before leaving I would not go back anymore that More X cleaning old dreary rooms a mini coffee table a single bedside room small termite otherwise fed up.

Factory has tourists, very noisy hotel, animation combined with that of the neighbouring hotel! impossible to sleep. Rude staff at reception, unacceptable behaviour of a server at the restaurant that m failed to respect.

Hotel San Fermin the best that there is in the coast, quality, price and service. This one step from the beach and port marina.

Quality price the best that I have stepped on to be 3 star this very well.

In cleaning a 10me like muho. With various activities as for the pekes and good environment for both older.

A lot to say about this hotel. We stayed 3 nights at this place. First room no chance: smoking room. I ask to change. No worries: a bed of 130 for 2 with a kind of sofa very very dirty and break. No room in the House. Really shabby. The food: I think that in a canteen we eat ten times better. Really sad! the view? view of the pool is not possible! towels hung on all the balconies (positive side? diversified colors) I think that the pictures to give you some ideas have been made when the hotel was empty. You pay the chairs of pools, towels 2euros per day etc. Personal side: the rude reception're you (especially the chick) for anything. I stop the. A not recommended.

We found an offer for a week at the Hotel San Fermin the second week of September. There was a group of people in Portugal and England, so it was very quiet throughout. The food very well, had to choose in a single day, but a day to another used to change enough. There were all types of food, from fries to salads, and meats to percados. Very rich all. And lots of fruit.
From the room you could see the sea, should be as at 3rd line of beach, at 5 minutes get very well. The beach was quiet (September era) with volcanic black sand. There is a promenade with plenty of life, which is lovely to stroll at night.
People of the hotel very attentive and Nice, we were full Board, and some days we weren't going to be able to eat at the hotel prepared a picnic with sandwiches, fruit and water (when dining at hotel drink is paid to part at meals). And one day we arrived late for dinner, prepare us a cold dinner to eat it when you reach, the time that we came. Nice details.
It has a large swimming pool, and there are always activities to do. There is a games room and a bar with its "Happy Hour".
The only negative was that we asked for a double bed and got 2 singles together, I imagine that if we had ordered one of marriage had given her us, us us us care.

Great hotel. The buffet is very varied and everything is super good. The animation is cool enough, curran, it is much. All those who work there are very nice people and serve you with a smile, and little lack them to give you conversation! haha. It is also very close to the beach (the bad thing is the slope). Anyway the hotel has a very large swimming pool and good gardens with hammocks.

Overall it's a very normalito three star hotel in relation to rooms, but which stands out for the meal, because while in the buffet there is great variety of dishes that there are quality.
The worst without a doubt is the location. On the website gets is 300 — 350 metres from the beach, which is completely true. What they don't say is that you it's a slope with a very important angle making them painful you legs day climb from the beach to the hotel. This fact lid that is less than 15 minutes walk from Puerto Marina and have stops next to the hotel bus.
Regarding the entertainment I can not comment since we have not been at the hotel hours of shows.
Another thing that we have noticed is that in the period in which we were, there were few children, what if you are looking for a homely hotel this is not 100% what you are looking for.
