We were from July 23 to July 29 supposedly but we went on July 27 there we could not be A lot scam of all-inclusive lovely hotel but junk food had to pay for everything nor water gave for the rooms had to buy it focused only for the Foreign tourists Fatal animation not a single day leave them. And if we talk about the room the cleanliness scarce to say anything, the beds looked like wooden boards the doors of the broken balconies that did not close. I think paying 1700euros just to keep the nice thing about the hotel inside isn't the best we say.

The choice of food is good with high quality. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. My family are here now and having a great time. The water park. Which is part of the all inclusive package is superb and the beach is a ten minute walk with the fantastic marina a short bus ride. A superb choice.

We stayed in its sister hotel next door but we had a good look around. Massive pool and very impressive interior area. Also has a good good arcade with 10 pin bowling to keep the kids happy if the weather turns bad.

The best hotel in Malaga and province to go with children, spectacular rooms, good food, very acceptable show, the all inclusive one passed the amusement park even more, without a doubt the hotel.

Hotel was decorated beautifully and excursions to Marabella were convenient etc but staying in the hotel was a bit bleak, the outdoor pool isn't heated and the indoor pool requires booking and a €5pp charge. Food was below average at best unless you overlook maggots squirming in the fruit baskets and a shortage of meal options and desserts during peak times. Night time entertainment was pleasant but overall I wouldn't recommend for a family holiday.

Nice and exotic hotel.

Paid Wi-Fi, SPA fee, average toiletries, hearty breakfast, but very industrial. Very spacious Junior Suite. Suitable for families with children in low ages.

It has beautiful facilities. From a place with turtles, fish and birds. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying. Very good spa.

Went for a long weekend and the hotel is amazing, rooms are modern, well equipped and a very decent size. There are lots of things to do within the hotel for everyone. It is also placed within a gated community of 3 hotels in total so is safe for families. Is a little way out of Benalamdena as it cost us about €15 one way in a taxi but the bus is only €1.20 and runs all day and night in high season.

Actually the ambiance is quite appealing, also the kitchen is to be praised. Unfortunately, today we had a problem with the serving staff. Although only 21:15, our order of a bottle of red wine was rejected for 5 persons (! ). The curfew is indicated at 22:00 pm. We left the place on it — too bad!

Visited here end of March 2018 with my girlfriend and 2 children. As you enter the hotel the decor is stunning. Makes you feel like you're at a luxury resort. It's a huge hotel with amazing features including a koi karp water feature, lovebirds and turtles. On closer inspection the hotel was a bit of a let down. The staff here we found to be incredibly rude and only willing to help if you could speak Spanish. The reception was always full so if you had a query you had to wait a while. Whilst we were here, there were a film crew filming for a Spanish soap opera I think. This delayed everything and the crew were very rude. My son was shoved out of the way by one of the crew. We had to wait nearly half a hour to get in the indoor film because it was used for filming. Overall an average visit here and I think there are a lot better places for the price you pay.

Spotless clean, friendly staff, food buffet style — — adequate, you won't go hungry. Family location good for kids not so quiet for adults. Nice airy hotel layout, aviary with lovebirds lots of fish in ponds and a turtle area, also a nice car in the foyer. This would be a great family holiday location.

It is a very good hotel though totally geared to tourists coming from outside of Spain. In my case I was a few years ago with an all inclusive offer although I went more days. The only thing I do not like is the change that hit the food once reached the weekend (start of the offer)

Despite the weather and not being available the indoor pool (since they were reshaping it), we have enjoyed our stay very much. We are regular guests of this hotel and as always we have received a great deal. By the way, we were very surprised by the quality of the food, everything was appetizing and it was very good.

Poor Servus reception still responds to air conditioning defective 28 degrees in the rooms all very cumbersome.

Do not stay here, we are family of six four young kids and the pools were closed and the games room all stuff broken and the food was absolutely terrible. There was nobody else in the hotel at all. All inclusive was only certain drinks. There was no entertainment and the excuse was its not peak season. Its only few days before peak season I can't see how it's house make a difference. If you book into family hotel you should be able to enjoy all parts of the hotel. Not when it suits them. Very few staff but they were friendly. There was a film being shot in sister hotel where required we were told we could use there pool. But when we arrived we were told nope u gotta wait. Disgraceful when you have four kids and then being told to be quiet with four bored kids. I wouldn't recommend this hotel it's also very far out and nothing close. We should of stayed in sunset beach again.

The hotel is a very large complex on a very steep hill, so it is difficult to walk up and down but they do supply a courtesy bus to get you to the bottom. The hotel reminded me of a deserted shopping mall but early on the season. Food was excellent for breakfast but evening meal was much to be desired so we tended to eat out at lunch time even though we were all inclusive. Hotel was prime position to go to torremolinos and fuengirola if you want to go out for the day.

Fabulous hotel, especially good for kids, the food was delicious and plentiful, However, it's a short bus ride away from town and I can imagine in the height of summer it would be very, very busy.

+ very nice hotel complex, nice large and clean rooms, friendly staff and lots of leisure facilities
— in the shower unfortunately only the big rain shower. A hand shower would be nice for people who don't always want to wash their hair with them. Also there were no towel racks for the shower towels or coat hooks for the wardrobe. At the washbasin unfortunately also no storage possibility.

Very suitable to go with family. Resort very close to the beach with gym and a good Spa to relax. It's decorated. Variety of restaurants. All very comfortable with well equipped rooms. Furnished kitchen, large living room, terrace and large bed. All clean and nice. Outdoor parking.

Can't even give this place one star on the ratings. Crowds of judo kids in doing a tournament balcony jumping and throwing stuff down to where young children were on the mini gold course reported to staff nothing done about it. Good is cold reported again nothing done looking on the reviews the hotel has had these same problems for months and not done anything about it. Hardly high season in Feb so didn't expect to queue for an hour to check alot of rooms wasn't even ready. Meal times were awful no staff control over again the judo kids pushing in and barging past everybody they were extremely loud running and screaming through the hotel at night. Paying 10 euros to use the indoor pool for 1hour is a total joke the only good thing was our tui rep but I don't think the hotel take the reps seriously as she was dealing with very unhappy guests on a daily basis with no remedy to any situation at all. Feel sorry for the many families who have paid quite alot to stay here for just a room with uncomfortable beds and dirty bathrooms this hotel needs downgrading fast.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday and the kids had a great day. The snack we have served has been the best of all the birthday sites we have gone to. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice.

My vacation spot since its inauguration on April 2009 until this year. The bad thing the mania of the GUIRIS to queue in open buffet and with plates that can make you wait an eternity but you jump to the delay. Amazing pool and beach club to get lost.

Huge hotel complex, but does not miss anything!

Although at first glance it is an amazing structure, to stay there as a hotel one soon realises that the atmosphere is lacking… and although the cleaners are working hard the rooms are lacking thorough cleaning.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good, but I didn't like the fact of waiting in the bars when it was time to eat. Wide tails.

We were an end of with the Christmas offer and it was a disaster, there were more people of the Q could get, we got a big disappointment, now they will have earned enough money, as they saved everything in staff, the hotel beautiful but in those conditions is not repeat Mos.

Disappointing weekend. We have saved 1h 15 ' of cola to do the Chek-in later we have saved 50 ' queue to enter for dinner and lunch the next day. In addition to another 25 ' more to catch food, food that has been scarce, without variety and of a quality that leaves a little to be desired. Children dining in the restaurant's tail…
Also referring to you that is deception has been predominant in 80-90% of the people there were.

That's great. Very good attention. It has entertainment for children with a very spacious room with children's playground and entertainment for adults. The views are very good although the hotel is far from city center. The water park in summer is very good. Highly recommended to go with children.

I've been this weekend and I really didn't like it. The hotel is modern and beautiful but that's not all, the food has a lot to be desired, the room the first day you arrive and it is normal to be cast but the next day I did not, and the service, the two days that breakfast nor came to the table to put a Covered. I think it happens to many hotels when they fill up, they don't give it to Basto and there is no good employee planning.

The best hotel. And actually it doesn't look like a Hotel, is actually looking like a huge mall. The room is making me feel like i'm home, the pool is so nice and beautiful, food is amazing, the beach is so nearly to the hotel, the hotel staff are so nice with us, can't explain in words how beautiful and nice is to stay in this hotel. I will choose this hotel again and again.  The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters. And you can feel that when you pop in this hotel, THE BEST ONE.

Nice hotel. Nice food. Polite staff. Pool area could be swept as buds from the trees and straw feom parasols made it look messy.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Beach club splash park was brilliant for the kids. Buffet restaurant food was stunning with lots of selection for every meal time. Kids club staff and entertainment was great fun.

Not bad… Big Resort. Swimming pool, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, grocery store, spa, Minigolf (run-down), Beach Club, free bus service to the latter, car and vehicle rental and organized tours via the reception, all inclusive formula not clear but well overall.

So to start a very nice and helpful staff. A fairly beautiful, spacious hotel, a small club for very friendly children with varied activities. But then cleanliness is really not acceptable, the hotel is not maintained (many water leaks during heavy rains, glazed berries that move during winds, bars left to abandon, but free to access), the choices of meals are limited, swimming pools not Heated. But the beach club is the only big highlight of the complex (but big problems of cleanings).

I stay in this beautiful hotel during the Christmas Eve without all inclusive
And know by far the best hotel I have to visit. When you enter this hotel you can say that the Paradi exists with its decor exotic its huge fontain with two waterfalls. Very large room with balcony seen on the sea small bemole for the netoiyage but nothing alarming I tasted their restaurants paying 25 Euro very good and diversify. So for 350euro the semain I was very surprised I will come back with my families. And last thing I understand the people who criticize this hotel because for me who leaves 2 times a year on vacation I find that goes far beyond all the hotel that I visit and often bcp more expensive.

I stayed at this hotel from November 11th to 19th as part of a golf escapade and I must say that this hotel does not deserve its 4 stars.

The housekeeping in my room was not done all week, the housekeeper just covers the bed!
Three minutes to make a room!
No water in the room you have to buy it in distributors: 1 litre of water = 1, 50 E
For the pool and SPA, 10 E for a timed hour!
The third trunk a day!
In all inclusive everything is paid and if you want to have an espresso at the bar you have a little hot water colored in a plastic glass, otherwise you have to pay 1, 50th.
As for the meal is not better, always the same thing,

The fruits damaged even the paella is unmangable!
We tried to see a manager since we were a group but we had a refusal, it was at a Congress!
We were outraged! And I do not recommend anyone to go to stay.
Our stay ended a restaurant where we finally could dine properly. Our experience in Spain will not be renewed.

I repeat for the second time. Is great. Especially if you are going with. Children. Fuengirola 5 minutes with. Car. With. Fair and a. Walk to beach to visit. Shows and any attraction within the. Hotel. Recreational, mini-golf… a last.

Pool okay. Theme and very nice decoration. Meal regular. Very spacious room. Only if you go with all-inclusive and have no intention of leaving. Nearby there is nothing.

We had some great days in this fantastic hotel. All very well.

Went there last year. Returning there this sunday. Cant wait. an amazing resort with pleanty too do. would highly recommend to anuyone.

Well situated very clean, service good, food excellent all inclusive.

We asked for 12 euros for Wi-Fi. And for only one device. We was the light 5 times, and as a solution they gave us 5 cards to go testing. Good fish, in the lake, some dead. The only thing good was a dish of paella for free and the cleaning service. The room is very full even though it smells of pee when you walk in, and the furniture is scarce.

Me and my partner are going next year April really can't wait could any one tell me the email address to get in contact with the people there that would be nice and really can't wait buzzying.

Simply fantastic. They have it all!

This star is for the facilities (very good) and already is. According to the category and the hotel concept: bad food, bad cleaning rooms, is a "nearly all-inclusive", very bad times, bad faces, … a gift.

Decent accommodation, terrible food, terrible drinks, mediocre service. Nothing on site is Spanish, excepting the staff. Unless you have a pressing need for an insulated, no-thinking experience, go somewhere else.

Just came back from there for the second time. As always it was absolutely amazing the food 10/10, drinks 10/10 and staff were very polite. Would like to go there for thee third time.

Charming Hotel.
Very friendly personal service.
Animations for children from the House and very good adults.
Successful evening entertainment.
My note is a 9/10.
Things that can be improved:
Music in the pool without distortions.
The personal treatment of the head of the bowling alley/game room enough leaves to be desired.

I loved the stay. 8/10 of the staff were very polite. Everything about it was, just, excellent.
