Lovely clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious food. The public areas are tastefully furnished.

The restaurant, has tapas and exquisite food and especially the waiters are very professional, we were attended by a tall brown man, at all times very attentive and who advised us the dishes to taste. I like it a lot, I go with my partner when we can, also very quiet. I recommend it.

Fabulous staff. Walk to every where you want to be! This is our second stay — Omar had a picnic lunch made up as we were leaving on a tour before breakfast — and arranged for a taxi that was at our doorstep before sunrise. Great pool. Restful, comfortable, spacious rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of gorgeous, fresh fruit. We hope to return often!

Clean and nice rooms. Near everything but its still in a quiet area.

We went to the restaurant on the first day of Grandma's casserole and had a bad experience. The service was out of control and the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. It took more than 20 min to come to the table for the first time, once we asked for another 15 minutes to bring the drink and the casserole took at least 1 hour. The Casserole the truth is that it was good.

Me he hospedadoeneste hotel 1 noche, la habitacion era bastante bonita, muy limpia y arreglada, y con lo justo y necesario. El edificio en si tambien es muy bonito, pues solia ser un ayuntamiento, y se nota, pero he de decir que tanto la comida como el servicio de restaurante ha decepcionado, pues a pesar desu elevado precio, la comida era precalentada, y el servicio lento.

Only been outside on the square. At Christmas time they have had a beautiful set of the city of Bethlehem etc.

Second visit for two nights over New Year. Room spacious with large comfortable bed and great bathroom.
Breakfast very good now it has gone back to buffet service.

My husband and I stopped at the restaurant of this hotel, to have lunch. The service was terrible and when I ordered a glass of wine, the waiter brought an almost finished bottle, drained the bottle into my glass (about 2 ounces) and left. I raised my eyebrows at my husband but we didn’t complain. My husband ordered a bottle of water that came with a glass. We waited for 20 minutes to be asked for our order but then my husband noticed his glass had lipstick along the rim. We were sitting in full sun and the lipstick wasn’t apparent until he drank from that side of the glass and noticed. That’s it, we were done. We asked for our bill and we showed the waiter the glass. The waiter seemed annoyed and left the glass on the table, brought the bill (we were charged for the water and wine) and when my husband said how incredulous he was about the dirty glass and poor service at a 4 star hotel, the waiter began fighting with my husband (my husband is Spanish). The waiter became aggressive and followed us into the courtyard yelling. My husband took photos to post online and told the waiter we would be doing so. The waiter then threatened my husband saying he would find him one day and get even. It was bizarre. We kept walking and the waiter stopped following us. We live here and have NEVER experienced anything like this. And at a “four star” hotel no less. Very disappointing.

Went for lunch… The service started out very slow and the waiter was having problems with the customers at the table next to us… Finally after a long while they take our drink order and bring us a bottle of water with a glass and a glass of wine for my wife… Then I noticed my glass was not clean… It had smudges and lipstick on it… When I brought that up to the waiter, he left the dirty glass on the table and offered to bring me another bottle of water… "Gross" At this point I just asked for the bill… They never said sorry… After paying I told the waiter the service was horrible… That is when he became verbally abusive… Will never ever go back to this place… Disgusting…

I think it was really worth the price. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the pool area, which is really the only thing I would like to have if there was something to add. Muchos bueno.

Hotel & service was great. 4* because the Wi-Fi was extremely bad. Morning, day, night found it very hard to work as Wi-Fi would go off every 5min.
