Very picturesque, quiet, well located. Enough space to put the clothes and has a small fridge. Missing hangers for towels but I can't complain about anything else. Very nice on the deal.

Very clean and well maintained facilities. Excellent service from the staff and the manager. Ideal location to enjoy the center and the beaches.

Within simplicity has some elegance. Very clean and comfortable beds. It is about 5 min walk from the catamaran to Cadiz and in the center of Rota, so it has a great location to have it all by hand, have some rooms with fridge or microwave. In case you need extra beds you are offered rooms connected to each other so it is ideal for carrying children. Besides, it has shops of food and restoration as it is to 3 min of pedestrian shopping area, in case you prefer to eat outside… next door there is a bar called the Parakeet where breakfast and tapas very well. In the rooms you will also find gel and shampoo but no hair dryer. The family that owns it are very friendly and willing to help in every Mo chin. They have a restaurant in the hostel for breakfast or lunch (homemade Italian food)

A lot of noise in the street. The rest is difficult. Good location.

Location right next to night life and the beach. Great staff, and although the room was cold at first it warmed up with the heater.

Good room and very well located. Narrow stairs without an elevator, but it is not very uncomfortable to climb. Good attention.

Hostal Sixto is the best place in Spain. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a week in the middle of September 2013. It was wonderful: + excellent staff. Friendly helpful hardworking people. + cozy hotel, cozy rooms. + location is great. The hotel is in historical center of Rota and in 5 minutes away from a perfect sand beach. + always clean rooms. + there is great Italian restaurant in Hostal Sixto. Everything in this place is so homelike and cozy. We have only positive emotions :) The weather in Rota in the middle of September: +30 degrees Celsius and light breeze, so you won't feel hot. + Atlantic Ocean was warm clean and calm. We were swimming and sunbathing during all our stay in Rota.

I loved the stay, very friendly staff, all sympathy and make mostly as possible for who you're comfortable, a ten.

Malisimo: esperamos mas de media hora para una ensalada de bogavante, que estaba todavia congelado, y SE OLVIDARON DE PEDIR A COCINA EL OTRO PLATO!
AWFUL: waited more than half an hour for a lobster salad (and the lobster was frozen) and THEY FORGOT TO ORDER TO THE COOK THE OTHER DISH.
