Nice renovated hotel and very well located.

Highly recommended, pool area and hotel with a lot of charm.

The spa I didn't like at all, that's a hot pool it's not spa, and the lousy exfoliation and massages too, without words … we were looking forward to it but we won't come back or recommend it.

I really didn't expect that for the price we find on the internet, it was so good. It is clean, very well placed, large pool, has spa, very complete and central.

Excellent staff, superb facilities and impeccable security.

Respecto a los servicios que da el hotel: Parquing incluido en el precio, la piscina muy grande y hay muchas hamacas, además incluye carta de almohadas, lo que es un punto a favor para quien hecha de menos su cama en vacaciones. Muy recomendable, yo repetiría si vuelvo a Jerez.

Hotel a little aging that would require a good refreshment (the slabs of. Outdoor walls are partly falling or threatening to fall) but superb pool and beautiful exteriors. Breakfast is extremely varied and provided. The rooms are ok, the bedding is good and the toilets very clean. Free parking in the hotel. On the other hand we had specifically requested a large bed when we booked. As a result, we had two separate beds. We asked for the problem to be resolved. But the answer was: that's how you can't guarantee what you're asking for! I find this quite unacceptable and that's why I only wear two stars. The front desk clerk was nice term. The others, on the other hand, were rather friendly.

Very nice place. Beware, mini-bar to them means two beers in the mini fridge. They were reasonably priced though. Very nice otherwise. The bar is slow and it can be hard to get a drink when they are busy.

Very nice hotel although rooms a little old fashioned. Friendly service. Would have got five stars but air conditioning in the room kept going off and room got very hot overnight.

One of the hotels reference in Jerez. This time we have been in a celebration. Very comfortable lounge and gardens for both adults and children. Good care and service.

The hotel, though old, has been renovated in several parts. The staff is nice and polite. The breakfast is fabulous as well as the meals or dinners.
It catches a bit away from the center, but you can ride a bike or taxi and it takes a little.
The pool is nice.

Good hotel but far from the center. With parking included in the price of some rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is rich and there are room service. Although we did not take advantage of it, the pool has Pintaza and there is also SPA and massage services etc. However, the breakfast could be easily improved, because the quality of the juice (totally artificial) of the sweets and the sausages did not seem the right one and the breakfast things were scattered around the lounge making it a little uneasy to serve. In the rooms, being a hotel for weddings, baptisms and communions, there is a lot of light in the bathrooms or a mirror with good light. The beds and pillows are also not the most comfortable and has old hotel details as lack of plugs to load the mobiles.

I do not recommend this hotel: — first room too small (it misses a bed) — second bedroom next to the elevator so with the noise — smell of sewer in the room — breakfast that leaves to be desired — the information given by the reception was wrong (no deposit at the station)
But a beautiful exterior with beautiful swimming pool.

The building and the grounds have come a little in the years but everything is clean and well maintained. The service is consistently very good and the staff very friendly. Very good breakfast. In combination with an offer (parking, spa, incl. ) It is hardly better.
15 minutes on foot to the centre, riding school, Sanderman or shopping malls.
As a deficiency are the somewhat light-hearing rooms to name. In conjunction with blustering neighbors a bit annoying.

The staff are fantastic, every one of them was so happy and excellent to us and the room comfortable, definitely recommend the hotel! On check-in we were told the pool is an additional cost of 8 Euro/person for a 1-hour time slot that must be reserved; I was not happy. When we asked more we found out that the outdoor pool is free to use, it's the indoor pool, hot tub and a few other items that are the cost. The outdoor pool was cold but excellent but with such great staff we quickly forgot about any issues.

A lovely place! I would repeat with this hotel. The best attention, distraction and food. Highly recommended.

Hotel 20-25 minutes from downtown. Habitraciones comfortable and very attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Of the best breakfasts. Spacious and warm rooms. Very friendly staff. Of the few with Minigym and spa. For me of the best hotels in Jerez and it is not going for any price.

Given a twin room instead of double. Complained and was basically told tough luck as there was some biker meeting that took all the rooms. Then at 8am WITH a do not disturb sign on our door some idiot came banging on our door. When I complained about that I got another shrug from reception. Avoid this place if possible.

Good fundamentals for a hotel but could be a little bit closer to town.

We got a lovely clean room with a terrace and view over the pool! The staff are so pleasent and extremely helpful. I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat fish so I find it hard to eat out in restaurants. I inquired from one of the bar staff as to what I could eat. He said he would talk to his boss and contact us. A while later I got a phone call to the room from his boss. He explained that I could change anything on the menu to not have meat and that is exactly what I did. The food was delightful. We really enjoyed it. Breakfast was also very good. There was a lot of selection. Very nice hotel, I loved the horsey theme!

Hotel for a short step, to escape the warmth and relax, disappointed by the breakfast, the quality was not at the rendezvous.

Like the place nice pool but Wi-Fi is realy bad. Can't even load videos or some web pages speeds of up to 0.50 mbs at the best of times average speed I got was 0.10mbs.

Hotel with spa and pool, a little removed from the Centre, in a large Avenue.

Located in a very quiet and pleasant setting. Room with terrace, of large size, the bathroom also of good size. It offers free private parking. Very attentive staff. All generally very right.

Hotel estupend in the heart of Jerez. THE service is great.

A pleasant, but slightly tired hotel. Helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast isn't too impressive, and was 45 minutes late on one occasion. It's ready for a lick of paint, some new carpets, and a bit of a shine, but this didn't detract from a comfortable stay in a lovely town.

Elegant hotel well past its prime. I agree with another reviewer that this place needs a renovation. Everything just feels old and not quite together. In my stay last week, the air conditioner didn't work, the shower head was loose and didn't stay in place. The bathroom smelled badly if you didn't take care to cover all the drains when you are not using them. No one major problem, but these things add up.

Super Hotel. Old and slightly old, but stylish and the price — performance ratio is absolutely appropriate.

Classic hotel jerezano, quiet and clean, staff are attentive and pleasant. Not far from the city centre, overlooking the avenida Alcade Alvaro Domecq.

Call it a Spa is too large. My opinion is exclusively the spa since it was the service that I hired. This overrated as such, since swimming pool heated, two jets of water, a Jacuzzi, a sauna from 1, 5 x 1, 5, a few so-called jets of water on Chinese who did not work and was also named another alleged sauna disabled during our stay. The truth is that if you have already visited other Spa this does not meet expectations by no means. The best is to make small groups of people because the capacity is very limited.

A terrible experience, we conned. Room dirty and in disrepair. A two-star hotel category.

Friendly staff, nice room on ground floor, access direct to the garden, quiet, all good for a 4 star, uy, who is 5. We are going short for 5, friendly, buffet breakfast room with difficulty in the shower to keep hot water, chips in the shower tiles. The truth is that despite everything I liked, the staff were excellent, but it is not a 5 star hotel.

The Hotel is very dirty! The hotel desperately need to be renovated and cleaned. Don't eat food at the hotel. The plates are dirty and the backed potatoes were served cold twice. Look at the pictures.

Amazing, a fantastic hotel. It is true q facilities can improve them but even so the hotel is incredible. Do not rule out return to visit, of course by your incredible SPA.

It is the best chain of hotels in the province of Cadiz. Due to its location, the Hotel Jerez is truly comfortable. It has all the amenities, and qualify them excellent both by facilities staff serving them. Comfort, luxury and good prices and really competitive offerings.
