The hotel is very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Scarce and quite simple.

The rooms are cozy. It's nice. Located next to a pedestrian street and shops. Plus, there's parking.

Room 304 has an amazing private balcony/terrace. Would cost a fortune elsewhere. Also a nice room.

Very central and comfortable place to know in depth the center of Jerez and its surroundings. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking in the same building with access to the rooms. Around the old town and places of interest. Highly recommended!

I would use this hotel again. The room was a good size and the twin beds very comfortable; the bathroom was modern, large and clean. The continental style breakfast is reasonable for the hotel's price point and suffient to provide a filling meal. Underground parking is available but it will range from challenging to nightmare to park depending on the side of your car. It's in a good location for easy walking to the heart of the old quarter, the cathedral, Alcazar and numerous bars and restaurants.

Beautiful spacious room with 2 large sunny windows and comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful. Location perfect to get around to see everything. Cafe attached. Easy parking beneath the hotel. I would recommend it!

Lovely hotel. But our room was next to the cleaners cupboards and they made alot of noise around 7am every morning.

Very good service, friendly staff, only the cleanliness was small in my room. Dirt from beginning to end (despite visiting the cleaning lady the next day, the fingernails were still under the desk of the previous tenant, the hair in the bathroom had not been removed, the hair dryer still stuck and the blanket still had these comical stains). Since I was only two days to rest there I avoided any confrontation with the management. But even in Spain and a low budget room are the conditions that are unacceptable.

Very central sited, own parking facilities and well equipped clean rooms. We had a room with great terrace and outdoor shower; superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved the treatment from the personnel, the rooms are very spacious and clean, and the location is very centric! The only downside is the breakfast, that does not vary much and is expensive for what it offers, but there are a lot of bars just outside the hotel. There is one which you can access right from the hotel, and the breakfast is vast and cheap. The personnel from the reception is very friendly and they can recommend the best places to go out and have a drink or eat. They also have a parking service at the hotel, but if you don't stay much in the city at day time, as it was our case, you don't need to park it there. There are blue parking spaces around the hotel, where they have free parking from 8 or 9pm until 9am the next day. If you put 1.5€ in the ticket, you get parking time until 11am. That was more than enough for us to get breakfast and to prepare a trip to Cadiz, or Tarifa, etc. I would definitely go back to this hotel and to Jerez. Loved the city night life!

The rooms are very updated and clean. Has Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, ac, shower/tub and restaurant in the lobby. Main complaint is that online said had airport shuttle which was a selling point but in fact they do not offer it.

The only thing that's very tight little convenient parking: If you have a big car and the internal lift has a buzzer to call the front desk and have it unlock.

Only say that it is a charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. But the most important thing is located in the historic centre of the city, ideal for visiting all the places of interest tourist and commercial area also.
