The hotel is located right on the long sandy beach. The service and the hotel is really class. There are no wishes left unfulfilled. We will certainly be happy to come back again. I would also award 6 stars if this were possible.

A beautiful hotel located in the Novo Sancti Petri in the beautiful beach of La Barrosa (Chiclana), the rooms, cleanliness, food… And the attention paid by the workers is worth highlighting. Excellent gastronomic offer, changing offers in buffet form with Livecooking. Very quiet hotel (on weekends Spanish golfers fill the ranks), in the evening reserved live music. Excellent Roomkeeping, pillow change done in 30 minutes, squeaky clean and spacious rooms. Very dedicated, friendly and mostly multilingual staff in all areas. Great pool with bar. Short drive from Jerez airport.

An excellent stay. Our room, a junior suite, was huge, overlooking the pools and the sea. The staff were very and attended to all of our special requests. The breakfast was very good Clean facilities, all attention to detail. There's live music in the evenings.

Quiet pools at the foot of the rooms in addition to the central Pools Beach has supervised. Small town on foot shops and restaurant a 500 m walk. High quality personal service nice. Cleanliness. Rooms made 2x per day.

It's all about relaxing and luxury in this place. Location is excellent and the staff super helpfull. We don't regret thomas cook recommended us this hotel.

Amazing hotel, great food although soft drinks should be free with the meals seeing as though you've already paid for the food (HB), friendly staff, the manager was a nice guy. The outdoor pool is colder than you would expect though and that's no exaggeration but after ten minutes you get used to it.

Hotel with excellent service, the staff is very attentive, quiet place to rest. Our family am delighted with the place. To improve the topic Wi-Fi, avoid signing both with the all inclusive, the bed of the young children.

Generally a good hotel. Nearly every room has at least side seaview. It is located directly behind the dunes and as near to the beach as possible. The staff is mostly friendly and does a good service. Unfortunately the four stars do not fit because of several flaws. Sometimes dishes or glasses were dirty and there were individual differences how the service was done. In our special case they tried so sell us an "upgrade" for the higher room category. Of course, they didn't tell us our original category had been overbooked and they had to give it to us anyway.

Very good hotel. But it gives a little bit of shame that has no Wi-Fi free as a service of the hotel.
