Clean, modern, good location, helpful staff. The apartments would be on the small side, if every bed were occupied, we felt.

Modern, clean with every thing you need. Kitchen good. Location fab for bars, restaurants and beach. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

I stayed in a small apartment for four people, comfortable, comfortable and furnished in a simple but functional way: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette, air conditioning and above all clean. On the top floor there is a laundry room and a sun terrace. The cleaning is carried out every other day. Very close to the playa de la caleta but wanting, with a few minutes by bus you can reach the nearby and wide playa Victoria. The centre of Cadiz, on the other hand, can be reached on foot through the characteristic streets of the old town. The property has a reception, with friendly staff and helpful staff. The price is not cheap but it seems to be one of the best facilities.

The place is not bad, spoils a more gloomy city. But as in Cadiz I have stopped only for a couple of nights, gloom aside. The apartment is OK, no frills. In the block to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, that for a large family plus. Five minutes from the water. You can go for a swim and return to breakfast until all wake up. There is also a rooftop terrace.

The apartment, in cleanliness, dimension and comfort of the furniture, a 9. Lovely staff. Now, it is unheard of to give a room in a low to a family with children when between the noise of the entrance door, the garage door and the lift there was no way to sleep more than 10 min in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the most important tourist sites in Cadiz and also very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive and provide you with information on places to visit and a map of the city.

Good position and room. Wi-Fi fast but flakey… had to reconnect repeatedly despite strong signal… I think they need to update the firmware in their access points so DNS queries don't fail randomly. The room I was in did not have a kitchen or washing machine unfortunately… I must have missed that in the fine print on the booking as it's on the feature list for the overall apartments. Very helpful front desk. Hot water somewhat limited. 5 stars if the Wi-Fi had been rock solid. Recommended.

A fairly central apartment building with Wi-Fi in the room and good air-conditioning. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and only a short walk to the seafront.

We've enjoyed three days of an apartment for two. Spacious, comfortable bed, equipped with everything: iron and board, hairdryer, kitchenware … The Super Wi-Fi signal.
