Apartment should have been a bit more modern. Neighbouring apartenents made a better impression. But otherwise everything was there. From cutlery, playing cards, cleaning buckets to washing machines. Large balcony and nearby a Supersol supermarket. The pools were also okay. Not too big but it was enough. Would even come back.

Everything looks great but if they would have supplied us with basics and mostly air conditioning, it would have been great…

Just home from a wonderful 7 night stay at Las Rosas as a family of 5. The apartment was perfect on 2 levels with adequate space for our family. The bathrooms were modern and spacious with superb showers. The bright modern kitchenette with new appliances was ideal & suited our needs perfectly. Beds were comfy and the extra fans provided much needed given the high temperatures at night. The pool area & gardens are immaculate and maintained to a very high standard. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. As for the pool bar Daniela & Eduardo are simply amazing — nothing is too much trouble, their food is delicious and very Well presented, very reasonably priced and the Gambas pil pil is the best we've ever tasted. We were made feel very welcome at Las Rosas for our short holiday and will definitely return… 5 stars without a doubt.

Very nice but a 30 minute walk from the balcony of Europe and the beach.

To be honest we used the pool area and the bar… really can't complain. Pool superb clean tidy and enjoyable… Bar brilliant and got all bases covered. Danielle very friendly.

Very economical and close to everything in general and with two supermarkets right next to the apartment, it is easy to park, a lot of tranquility.
The only problem was that the neighbor upstairs is a tenant and made a lot of noise, but I think also because he just moved.

It was a great holiday only downfall no airconditioning and it was very hot. They did however go out and purchase extra fans for the demand. Hotel was very well kept and beautiful.

Very well maintained residence, old but decent apartments, property pools, 15 minutes walk from the beach.

I'm staying right now and it's a great place for relaxation, clean, easy access, hassle free in the reserve, great pool, magnificent gardens and good pool bar service. Ample parking space. I loved it. It's the first time I've come and I'll repeat it as soon as I can. My congratulations to the management.

Informality is the hallmark of unequivocal of the managers of these apartments. As consumers we do not deserve a treatment vexing or attention so sordid as that which we have received. In the Roses of Capistrano you do not respect the prices agreed upon, reservations are made upward to the highest bidder and then come the surprises of last hour. They may even come to leave you without a vacation. A real shame, and worthy of a post so that other people of good faith not to pass through this ordeal. Best of all is that, by luck, we found another accommodation in first beach line and it saved us having to descend a slope of almost three kilometers that is what separates the apartment from the nearest beach, cross the dual carriageway and having to deal with guests of dubious references ethnic.

Absolutely charming resort, very peaceful, the staff are very friendly, Rafa the manager was a star, nothing was too much trouble, we arrived after reception was closed and all instructions were left out for us and a greeting on the notice board. Tapas is served with every beer and the apartments were more than adequate. We will return here.

Enjoy your stay in Nerja in our apartments. 1 and 2 bedroom with private terrace, free Wi-Fi, pool, large landscaped areas. Right next to supermarket and bus stop. If you like sports, the sports city is right in front of our complex, and the covered pavilion with heated swimming pool.
