Stayed from 27 June to 3 July. Great place if you're on a budget as the room rates are inclusive of daily breakfast (7-8.45am). Location is good as it's near enough to the main thoroughfare of Myeongdong but far away from the noise and crowd. It's a 7mins walk from the Airport Limousine Bus Stop (near Myeongdong station exit 10). Room size is decent (I had a double room), daily housekeeping & complimentary bottled water daily. Towels are provided everyday, however the towels are face towel size rather than bath towel size, so bring your own towel if you're not comfortable with that. Extra hangers on request and you get a hairdryer with adapter as well. Staff can speak English and are friendly and helpful. One thing to note, there are some steps leading to the property for those luggages/strollers/wheelchair users. Would definitely come back again as I enjoyed my stay here.

I love the food the menu's are great they serve local food, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the location is near to bus stop, train and markets will come back again and book to your hotel.
