Место очень классное! Цены может чуть чуть дороже чем в некоторых хостелах, зато здесь очень комфортно и просторно даже если живёшь в 8 — местном номере. В каждой комнате у каждого есть свои сейф и в некоторых комнатах есть балкон везде доступен Wi-Fi, но не везде он хорош. Душевые общие для этажей, раздельные для парней и девушек. Просторная кухня, где есть вся необходимая посуда, комната для встреч с друзьями, с большим телевизором, играми, диванами, столами. В каждой комнате кондиционер, убирают каждый день, работают волонтёры Персонал дружелюбен. Очень классная локация, 30 метров от метро и в пятнадцати минутах ходьбы от железнодорожной станции.

The Place is very classy! Prices can slightly more expensive than in some hostels, but here is very comfortable and spacious if you live in an 8-seater room. Each room has its own safe and some rooms have a balcony everywhere Wi-Fi is available, but not everywhere it is good. Showers shared for floors, separate for guys and girls. Always choose this guesthouse in Seoul for its perfect location. Everyone speaks English quite well, and you can meet up with lots of people there since it's crowded all the time.

The location is very nice. Bus stop & subway station is just across the building. The staff is nice, however you have to look for the guesthouse really carefully as we got lost on the night we came thought it's in another building but it's just right across us with a tiny sign.

Good location, very near to subway & convenience store. Most attractions are near by. Rooms and dorms both are available. It has vibes of an international hostel with English speaking staff.

A great place, there is a special place for smoking, spacious kitchen. Lots of rooms.

Low cost dorm type guesthouse. Value for money for those not so "choosy". The guesthouse is okay except for some "guests" who do not follow house rules.

Good value for money. Has all the basics. Beds are below average but plenty foreigners and locals alike to socialise with. Offer discounts on dmz tour packages to their clients.

It has a large joint room where socialize, good plans for sightseeing and a very youthful atmosphere.

Kimchee guest house is in good location, it has different rooms with fan with AC, but not clean, but the staff and location is great.

Horrible guesthouse. I don't understand all the positive reviews… The bathrooms are very dirty. In the shower there are three knobs and curtains of separation but to reach the 3rd for example it takes in the other 2… a few inches of furry guys, it's necessarily everyone's taste! Plus it's very noisy.
Final note when you arrive we give you your key without showing you the room, without telling you are the bathrooms or of course the towels… To reserve under no pretext!

It's a nice place, quiet, quiet. Everything is simple and convenient. Nearby the subway is located in the center of the city.

Location is perfect right next to a subway exit. Room was everything one would need. Service was great everyone was kind and helpful.

They have a laundry service but they forgot to put mine in the dryer after 3 hrs of waiting. The rooms are surface level clean but if you move any tables there's hair, cans, trash, etc. The beds and sheets don't look like they've been cleaned but instead just made back up one guest after another. The Wi-Fi is supposed to be per room but mine didn't have one so they told me to jump on anyone else. The shower head feels amazing and light (one star) and the beds were comfortable (one star).

One night 20 won next to subway station. For that price it's a bit not enough (expect big towels, better quality sheets). I'm comparing to hotels at Seoul for the same price with more free options.

It's a place with great ambiance. You can find what you need like a comfortable lobby, secured rooms, and a gaming area. They have gas stoves and different cooking essentials that you can use for free. They also have a washing machine in case your clothes can't make it 'til you leave. The staffs are hospitable. They clean your room effectively. It is also near the subway station and different stores which is great. The guesthouse has a maps of places and other brochures you will need to enjoy Seoul. When we got there I forgot to bring slippers but luckily they provide you slippers in your not-so-fancy but cozy room. To conclude this review, I find the Kimchee Guesthouse a very nice place to stay in with your family or friends.

It is so amazing. When I stayed this place. All staff is very kind and helpful for me And, I made a lot of friends in this guesthouse. Room, toilet and common area also very clean. It has free towels, shampoo and body shampoo. When you come to Seoul you MUST stay in this guesthouse because room price is very cheap and location also amazing. I am 100% sure for recommend KIMCHEE DOWNTOWN guesthouse :)

Rooms with washing machines and kitchen sets. Lots of storage space. Great for long stays.

Decent service, very large rooms available (4 beds), and next door to food court. Within 15 min walk to namdaemun market.

Very nice, luxurious, Korean hotel☺

This hotel is unique in charging a fee for checking in early (even after 12 noon) and having mold in the bathroom. It's really run down. The rooms need a lot of TLC. Management is missing. The basement level "food court" area was disgusting. I didn't get to try the food as I lost my appetite in the hallways. To be avoided. If you need the location and a comfortable bed, the Ramada will do fine. Personally I'll choose to go elsewhere next time. An average cheap motel in Korea is a hundred times better than this "hotel. "
