Convenient and best place transfer to and from Incheon International Airport. It is close to Dongdaemun market, Doota Duty Free and other happening areas.

Small rooms but very comfortable, good service, breakfast is poor.

We spent about 12 nights at The Summit on our last trip. Very nice rooms with lots of amenities. Large by Korean standards and very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They are close to 2 different subway stops and both are easy walks. Neighborhood restaurants are very good. We are very happy we chose to stay here.

Good location in Dongdaemun, with the limousine bus stop right in front of hotel. Rooms are clean. However, the gym is in a tiny room with only 2 treadmills and 1 stepper.

Poor internet access in the room. Unorganized due to the fact that we have booked the room for three people with an extra bed, but the staffs prepared only two set of everything needed. Only an old, small convenience store nearby. Usually quiet and not so much shops around. The only good thing is it's pretty close to the public transportation and have the airport limousine bus stop from the airport.

The location makes it convenient for us. The closes subway entrance is about 4-5 minutes away, and the Dongdaemun shopping area is just a 10-15 minute walk. Staff is friendly and they give us complimentary water everyday, which is nice when it's 90 degrees outside.

Very good location. Airport bus stops in front of hotel. 5 minutes' walk to nearby stations. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very comfortable and we are shopping and catering are mostly convenient location, but breakfeast buffet isn't different kind of food for us. We hope it will be improved in the future.

Highly recommended. Reached by 11.30am and assigned room not available yet, the front desk offered to reassign the room so we can check in earlier. Location very strategic, there's convenient store opposite, within waking distance to Dongdaemun shopping malls. Plenty of eateries around. Overall highly recommended.

In Nov 2016, I had booked 2 rooms and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. At first I really wanted to give 2 stars due to the unsatisfied room arrangement. The hotel was booked via Expedia website together with the flight package. This was also due to the unfriendly website where it prompted only able select either single bed or double bed. Therefore I have to make the request in the remarks for the hotel to change one room to be double bed.
When I arrived the hotel, it was very unpleasant where the 2 rooms were separated into different floor and without notice of my early request for the double bed. The hotel explained it was fully booked and no additional room available for the moment. Therefore we have to wait for the room availability. This really caused inconvenient to us. Next day, we have checked with the counter again and there was room checkout next to our door and the hotel has changed it for us.
There are few good stuffs, the hotel environment and room are clean. Equipped with free Wi-Fi in the room as well. Room size is ok with bath tub. Nice heated toilet seat. Staffs are friendliness. Bathroom accessories are provided except toothbrush and toothpaste can get it from the counter upon request. 5 mins walk to subway station, shopping centre and restaurants. Personally I found the food cost slightly higher than Myeongdong.
Due to the hotel is located at the main road, therefore can hear loud traffic noise. Sound proof need to be further improved.

Neat, comfy room. Adequate room facilities to enjoy. Walking distance to the nearest convenience store. Recommended hotel to stay.

It was really good. Service was great! We had a mixup with one our travel agency back in our home country and the hotel staff was able to correspond with them and fix the problem! One of the female staff members was hella hot too! But the best part was the pillows. Please, if any of the staff members are reading this. What is the brand of your pillows? I need to know and buy some for myself! Thanks for the great experience!
