I went to Palais de Chine for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find this new, charming hotel in an area I previously considered drab. As soon as you walk in, you’re transported to old world Paris. I was pretty impressed with the decor and atmosphere. The elevator announces in French! As for the food, it was great as well. Authentic and delicate flavors, and good service (although I heard it was rocky when it first opened. Just be are that the portions are small. But otherwise, wonderful food and evening.
