The location was far from well known areas. But was right next to the Haeundae beach, and nearby a lot of restaurants. The room was nice and clean. However, it was quite small for the price we paid. We got a partial view of the beach. The staff spoke english, but their attitude can have some improvements. When we checked in, it was 3 in the afternoon and seemed like they only had 1 staff. He was quite busy and couldn't answer phone calls. Which happens to be a problem later on, when we needed to call front desk. They were busy and so was housing cleaning. Check out day, 3 staff but they acted as if they were too busy to answer any questions of ours. Helped us call a taxi though. Overall, I wouldn't come back if I can find same price hotel with a better service and bigger room.
A very decent, basic, and clean hotel. Reasonably priced and located at a somewhat central location in Busan (up the street from the Haeundae beach). Would certainly consider staying there again.

Weird check-in policy. Most hotels set check in time at 2 or 3pm, however at Ramada Encore it is strictly enforced. If your there early as I was, your made to wait. At 3pm the official check in time a queue is formed at the reception to check in and the queue is quite efficiently and swiftly cleared. Which also obviously means rooms are ready (not all before 3pm but at least some) but the hotel will REFUSE your early check in no matter what.
