Nice place for longer stays.

Good hotel, but security need to improve.

In the hotel room has everything you need-stove, washing machine etc. Well and a big plus is that close to the beach.

PROS: Just across Haeundae Beach, very near restaurants, bars and convenience stores. CONS: This is not a hotel. It is more of a serviced apartment. The apartment building is serviced by 2 hotel management companies, where some of the units/rooms are managed by Hotel The Mark. As such, this is not designed and not suitable to be used like hotel. Do not expect a lobby or clear signages or parking or a car dropoff area. The place and everything else is hard to find. Worse is the elevator — only 2 small elevators servicing all the 10+ units on each of the 22 floors. So you could imagine the chaos. Riding the elevator means you have to fall in line and wait for some 10 to 20 minutes. During the peak hours of checkin and checkout times, the elevator was always full when it opened at our floor. But what I really do not like about this hotel is the deceiving info on amenities — they claim to have spa/sauna, but this is not available. To top this all, this hotel is priced at approx. 150usd on weekends… too high a price for all the troubles. Will not stay here again.

Good hotel, new and clean.

Although it's a bit confusing to find since it shares a building with Ciel de Mer, it's the same basic hotel. It's comfortable, there is a kitchenette, they give at least one large towel (western style), and have Wi-Fi. The proximity to the beach is also quite nice.
