Haendae Grand Hotel does not only offers comfortable accommodation but different halls for your functions. A smart cinema hall for all forms of movies is also available.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable. All in all we had a lovely stay and will likely book again the next time we're in Busan.

The room was big and clean with great view to the beach. However, some elements seemed to have their years. The service and its location near the beach were great.

About 20 years old Hotel, the best days has past. A huge impressive entrance hall, but the room (we had a deluxe family room for 270000 Won) was a poor surprise which is definetely only worth half of the prize. The light system didn't work, the bathroom photos speak for themselves. The city-view is poor. The service is good/very kind, though they offered to change the room for the additional amount of 150000! (ocean view) which isn't a small amount. I personally do recommend better and less expensive hotels just around the corner.

Very beautiful view to the ocean. Could see the sun rise from the east. Bar was very open and nice service was taking care of us. The height of the entrance and bar was above ten meters. Employees at the check in and the concierge were very helpful. Would book the hotel again.

This hotel has very nice terrace on the roof and a big swimming pool located that floor also. The lobby is big and spacious. Crew is really polite and helpful.

It's a nice hotel, however a bit dated, the lobby is beautiful. Half the front desk personale were like robots with programmed responses, other few were pleasant. Mediocre breakfast buffet for $30 per is sad. Executive lounge food was the worst of any hotel I've stayed. As a Chef I care about food on my trips, I just wish their chef did too.

I haven't booked a room here, but the parts of the hotel that I've seen are really nice.

Easy acess to the haewoondae beach. Very close from dogmgbek island. Will check in there again later. Very kind.

Usually decently priced compared to the other big name coastal hotels. Huge indoor pool and separate kids one with slide to keep little ones happy. Buffet is pretty good too but not cheap.

Friendly staff, neat, and very functional. Has fantastic views to the sea, only that it's a fair bit 15 mins walk from the next subway.

Great breakfast, great service, close to the beach and restaurants. Everything clean, only the carpet in the rooms have some stain. The rooms are a bit old. Should be renovated soon.

It's a big five star hotel located very close to the Haeundae beach. Its room is comfortable and quiet. Bath tub and furniture in the room are rather old but clean. Hotel crews seem to be nice. It's more expensive than other small hotels nearby.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very large and lots of services are offered. It is very comfortable here and many of the rooms offer great views. Really close to the beach and subway as well.

Rooms are quite old and equipment ain't up to date. Essential stuff are all there though. Rooms are clean. However the airconditioning wasn't good. And you can always hear noises in the room, from corridor and the next rooms. Location is good; minutes from the beach and food.

The only one hotels out there with the balconies. Compare to he other hotels, rooms are smaller, but the prices are higher. Gym is quite nice and the view is amazing. Very busy with the events in September during the film festival, when you can bump into the celebrity (we did a few times lol). Sundari Spa in the hotel is fine, the view is everything, but the stuff is not really talking to you and explain nothing. Lack of English for a very high price. Even the spa menu is not fully translated to English, so you have no idea what are they doing to you. It is nice, but I would not say nothing really exceptional, apart from the view, of course. If you want to enjoy the spa pools — I would recommend to go there during the week, weekend is too busy, and not really enjoyable when there is a crowd.

How somebody can even call this outdated poorly managed hotel as Five star hotel?

Stayed here with my wife and young daughter for 2 nights. The hotel is very nice and can see why it's has a 5 star rating. The only thing holding me back from not giving it 5 stars is our room decor (17th floor) was a bit dated and could do with a refurb. The location (right on the beach) and staff were superb! Would stay here again.

Here is where I go swimming with my girls on the 6th floor, just wonderful inside and out. With BIWA we have had so many lunches organised and Spring Ball + X-mas bazaar. Just close to the beach.
