First, there is an issue with the air conditioning creaking like an old car engine, as it cools the room. After calling the front desk to inquire about the issue, the representative had to personally come up, pull a chair and try to push the air conditioning flap in. After that failed, she seemed to recall about a button that stops the flap from moving while it functions. Problem temporarily solved (but unacceptable as it is unfair for customers looking for a comfortable stay, and / or want proper ventilation), but should not exist to begin with. Secondly and more importantly, the shower only has cold water. After trying the shower myself for 5 minutes, and trying to switch the nozzle upright and slightly right to seek doubts about which side is for hot water, I began to wonder if it was just the shower. Consulting the front desk representative again, she suggested letting it run for 3 minutes when it will heat up. I proceeded to try both upright for 5 minutes and then rightly right for 5 minutes, and the end result was the same… cold shower. Consulting the front desk, she suggested trying to wait it out, but there was no point to it anymore as I had at that point water for over 15 minutes, letting it run while I was on the phone and waiting in between, as well as after.

Good location, and amenities. Clean, we appreciated the complimentary water and remote that controlled the TV, AC and lighting. Very convenient. Would go again.

There was a lady there at front desk who was amazing when we check-in, the hotel has a very Korean feel, the breakfast was good but the bed was a little hard but bearable as we had stayed at another hotel in Busan where the bed was hard as a rock.

Near The Subway and eateries. Spoken english. Use Exit 13 at Seamyeon Stn. Its a 4 mins walk fr there. 1 min walk to nearby fish market.

I like the room size and comfortable hard bed. The morning breakfast is very good with quite a good selection. Its near the train station. There are lots of restaurant near the hotel that sold good food.

Hotel staff Service Good, room clean can, toothpaste toothbrush owed, and bath hot water temperature is insufficient, breakfast can be accepted, but the service is poor, a mention is a special car to the airport (only Korean currency 10000 yuan), the staff service well, polite.

Staff service is very good, the room is tidy every day, the environment is also very good, breakfast is delicious. It helped us a lot when we were leaving. CP value is quite high, next to Busan will still want to live!

The service is kind, patient provides many assistance, the transportation is convenient, access the subway station and shopping convenience. The rooms are moderately sized, with no wardrobe attached.

The family room is really big, 2 double bed and bathtub, but the fridge is a general small refrigerator and the traffic is convenient.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Busan. Nice budget hotel at a strategic location, only 3 minutes walk to Seomyeon subway exit. Some rooms are so small, but you can ask for a bigger one. Surrounded by local food seller. The staff also helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the breakfast provided. It was very so-so and provide same menu everyday.

I went shinshin cafe. It's so comfortable to have conversation.

Location is convenient if you don't mind room being not maintained properly.

Shower head was unusually rusty but other than that is was a great experience, especially the breakfast buffet for free!

Comfortable place in middle of town. There is wet and dry market just behind the hotel. Plenty of food store.

Counter service attitude is good, space is big, Breakfast is delicious, the price of a cheap Business Hotel. Next to a very big and clean the vessel Tian market.

The location of the hotel was great, it is near to the subway station as well as many amenities. There are eateries just downstairs and a market at the back of the hotel. The room was big and clean. Service wise was rather mediocre. The service could be improved.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. One gentleman went above and beyond helping us get a task accomplished. He got updates on his personal cell phone and kept me informed when he seen me. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities right in the heart of Busan.

Location not far from subway station Seomyeon. Though not a very new hotel, it is clean and alright.

Good service. The hotel is on a good location, and the room we lived is large and clean.

We got a room with a single and a double. Fairly spacious (for Asia) and at a great price! We had a nice big bathroom and breakfast included (not bad! ).
