My wedding was held at Erinvale Hotel and some of our guests including our family stayed at the hotel. What an incredible experience! My husband and I, our friends, family and even the the wedding vendors (the florist and decor, the lady who made our wedding cake and the decor hire companies) have nothing but praise for the beautiful venue, the incredibly efficient, warm and welcoming staff, the delicious food and amazing experience that we had there. If I could give them a 10 out of 5 stars, I would! Starting with Jenice and the team at reservations who were so on top of the many changes to our accommodation bookings and thought through even the small details like putting my parents in a room with easy access to our car (my Mom needs wheelchair assistance to move around), they made the booking of our accommodation an absolute breeze. Next is Jean, the events co-ordinator extraordinaire at Erinvale who is so incredibly energetic, solutions orientated, flexible, detail orientated and amazingly accommodating. He thought of things I hadn't thought of and anticipated the unexpected and always just made a plan. What a pleasure to know that someone as capable as him was co-ordinating everything behind the scenes and liaising with the wedding vendors on the day! He and the F&B manager Haan are the dream team!

We popped in for a drink and ended up staying for dinner… glad we did… first time we have been back in many years and the hotel is looking stunning after the renovations… Had a fantastic meal with great service… Will definitely be back.

One of our favourite haunts. Just love the ambience and as usual, the warm welcome we received today. Food and service was great but sadly I felt the Riesling was terribly overpriced. Furthermore, loved visiting again again after not being able to do so for awhile. 👏👏

Beautiful place, amazing staff, was warmly welcomed from the moment we entered the premises. We had our delicious breakfast while sitting in the garden enjoying the performance of the birds singing and the soft fresh air kissing against my skin, I fell in love with Erinvale. I enjoyed the space even further when our waitress invited us to take a tour inside. Oh my! the decor, the lounge/library, the bar and the pool area. I'm definitely coming back to explore more of this place, I highly RECOMMEND ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing time this weekend at the hotel and spa. The staff is so friendly, the food is delicious. The room was so warm and you feel immediately comfortable and peaceful, feels like home. Susan was also very friendly and made every day effort to assist me (I was in a moon boot and she knew just where and when to help me). … Sharon made me coffee so that I did not neee to make the coffe myself (when she saw my moonboot) I will be back!

Nice and cozy. Enloyed the family lunch. We were a big group and well looked after. Friendly service. The only problem they a bit in a hurry to clean up the buffet area. We wanted to stay longer but the staff looked a bit tired.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and always willing to help no matter what. The rooms were immaculate and the food were absolutely scrumptious. Your staff treated us like royalty and service was absolutely impeccable.

What a wonderful experience! We dined outside while listening to a musician named Timothy play some incredibly tasteful music on his guitar accompanied by his very talented voice. The service was top class and the food was exquisite! I can certainly recommend this venue for a wonderful experience.

The food was divine… They have a buffet but don't inform the patrons that the meals are to be removed… When one has a good time with friends and family, the time passes swiftly… The management should inform the staff that they should not take it for granted that the patrons will be realizing the time and start informing the patrons at least a half an hour before the time that the buffet will be closing in 30 minutes…

Service is really greatthe staff amazing and with the new renovations; it is definitely the place to be.

Love this place. Make sure you sit outside in the garden under the beautiful oak trees, enjoy a great cup of coffee and a amazing sandwich (huge portions). Very friendly staff and I always feel relaxed and welcome here.

I was blessed with a voucher for a full shea body massage from friends of mine over a year ago for Erinvale spa. I could not use my voucher at all last year as I was very sick, so I held onto the voucher and finally used it on Friday 21 April 2017. It was the best massage I have ever had. I have been to numerous spa's in and around Cape Town and had my favourites, but this topped them all. The therapist was amazing and I will definitley put Erinvale as my number one spa from now on. Thank you Marissa, it was well worth the wait.

What a lovely hotel! Very friendly service, beautiful and just refurbished rooms with comfortable beds and showers. Strong and free Wi-Fi, nice gardens and parking close by your room. Beautiful restaurant and a good breakfast. Hotel also has Spa and Conference facilities. Ps: very quiet at night for a good night sleep!

Excellent service throughout our stay. Fresh food, friendly staff who made an effort to find me an umbrella to go to my room which is few yards away from the bar. The place is very clean. The rooms are spacious and very cosy. The garden is well looked after which is very pleasant to see. The reception staff were so friendly likewise the waiters/tresses and the porter service. I strongly recommend Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa when you go to Cape Town, South Africa. :)

This is a review specifically for the spa: I have visited them twice, good value for money (check out their packages). Massage therapists are good, friendly and professional. Tip: Skip the spa lunch and go to Skellings Pub on the premises, their beef burgers are YUMMY! Best feature: Indoor hot pool is amazing and it is a beautiful place to relax. Steam room and Sauna for guests to use. You can also lounge outside at the pool. Please thumbs up if you found this review helpful :)

Beautiful hotel to rewind!

Our experience all round was amazing. The friendliness of the staff blew us away! We enjoyed the our stay at the hotel and the food was delicious, especially the dessert table & the buffet breakfast. We loved the restaurant decor. Its very stylish & sophisticated.

We took friends for lunch, The Chicken in the chicken salad was dry burnt and no dressing on the salad, the Smoked salmon salad was more like a starter with two small bits of salmon and a garnish of leaves. Will not return as we were terribly disappointed.
