I had a great stay. When my husband arrived, we were given the warmest welcome by Siya. He was absolutely amazing and went beyond duty to ensure that we were comfortable. Though we didn't make any special requests, because it was my birthday he made a way for the day to be special and I truly appreciate it. He is a gem. The hotel is really nice. We can't wait to visit again.

From arrival to departure, a true experience of south african hospitality. Our room was amazing. The location perfect. Neat, clean, safe and spacious. Decor very stylish. Staff an asset to this beautiful establishment. You are making your town proud.

The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms like from a movie and the views of the ocean spectacular. The staff so professional, the decor and antique furniture like from a 1800 hotel. This is definitely one of our best overnight stays ever.

One of the finest Hotels in Hermanus, attention to detail is amazing and views of Walker Bay Brilliant. Staff are super friendly and walking to town is less than 5min.

Amazing view of paragliders launching next to the hotel and gliding extremely close to the balcony. Set high above the beach with extraordinary views for km’s. Close to amenities, quiet, good food, excellent service, friendly staff and privately owned.

Misty Waves Boutique is a good choice to stay for a holiday. Its near everything you need and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel situated very centrally on the Hermanus Beachfront. My room was on the ground floor with my own little terrace looking into the lush garden and a little bit of sea view. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. My room and bathroom were extremely spacious and had everything you need. Very convenient is the off street parking. The staff was very friendly and professional.

First class service from a first class hotel. We wanted to thank especially Samantha on reception and let her know that we eventually got the shark dive thanks to her. The rooms we stayed in were absolutely stunning with extra special efforts made with cupcakes and hearts on the bed in petals. Very much appreciated by us both. Thank you.

What a fabulous stay; good food, the most amazing room with sea view and balcony, cupcakes and bubbly on arrival; choccies every evening, friendliest staff at the hotel and Heritage Cottage especially Edmond at reception who made supper reservations and gave us such good advice as to places to visit; we were really treated like royalty, cannot wait to come back.

Well maintained, family run hotel. From reception to checkout everything is top. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You feel right at home. Room and bathroom are large, clean and well maintained, parquet flooring. Thank you very much and at any time again!

Amazing Service in the hotel. The attached restaurant have some of the best dishes I've ever had. The views from the suites across the bay takes your breath away. In whale season the views will be priceless.

We traveled as a family and even our 3 year old enjoyed the hotel. The staff when out of their way to ensure we had everything we need. I would like to give a special thank you to the lady who came to do the turn down service in our room (unfortunately I neglected to ask her name). She managed to grab the attention of our 3 year old son who is extremely shy and even walked hand-in-hand with him to show him arround. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend the hotel to local as well as international tourist.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. We had a room looking out over the ocean, watching wales play from our room. The location is great and the cinema inside is also very nice.

The place is located near the seashore. Our one night stay was amazing experience. U may take a round, run, walk near Sea. Experience wonderful weather. Rooms, bathrooms are in good sized.

It was an excellent experience. 1st of all the apparition of decor. It is really an classy. No match 2 say. If a person wants to look 4 combination of twenties joint with modernisation equipment n decor this is the place to visit. Stunning views and rooms good service.

I spent one night in the Misty Waves Boutique Hotel in December, 2015. I had never heard of this hotel and it was proposed to me by a local person. The hotel is really charming. The interior decoration is truly amazing. The garden is also beautiful and very relaxing with its swimming pool. I was especially surprised by the huge size of the bedroom, the bathroom and the balcony (room no 202) which has a stunning view on the ocean. The atmosphere is very romantic and I would recommand this hotel for honeymooners. The breakfast was excellent as well as the coffee and the free water and fruit juice at your disposal in the main hall. The staff is warm and comfy. Last but not least, the price is very affordable. By the way, if you love eating fishes and seafood, don't hesitate to walk 5 minutes towards the center of Hermanus. The restaurant Fisherman's Cottage is one of my favorite fish restaurants in South Africa.

We were here three years ago it was stunning then and it's stunning now. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We traveled to Hermanus with a group tour of elderly folk and did not expect such a top quality hotel for the modest price of the tour. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a view over the pool and Walker Bay. The rooms are furnished in Traditional or Colonial style, which we loved as it was such a change from the glass and stainless steel of most modern hotels. The meals were excellent, and breakfast was a generous buffet of cold and hot items which would cater for the most fastidious appetite. The staff too, were pleasant, friendly and efficient. Complaints? I do not believe in making a public complaint, rather speak to the Manager. Yes, I DID speak to the manager, but only to thank him for a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful rooms, 1a Service, Wonderful views of the sea, Whale Watching during Breakfast — more is hardly possible.
