I had a wonderful anniversary on the 12Nov 2022 at the Krystal hotel staff amazing view absolutely beautiful never did I imagine Africa have such beautiful places but my highlight was Aunty Aziza the women is such a darling sweetheart she made us feel so special and we were so amazed that you hade. A Halaal lady to provide us with halaal meals that was the best ever im coming back for aunty Aziza Regards Nawaal Galant.

We have been to so many Hotels but the experience at the Krystal Beach Hotel was by far the best, the service from all the staff especially from the reception to the general staff was extraordinary 👌 keep up the amazing service and attention to detail and let me not forget to mention the rooms and the private balcony… I was really very very impressed and will most definitely be back there again soon.

What an amazing place to celebrate a special birthday with family and friends. Such a beautiful place, Very friendly staff… and the Food… best ever!

What a great location for a holiday. Wish we could stay longer. Staff are extremely helpful and suites are spacious. Modern bathroom and huge bed. Our first visit here but we will hopefully be back.

Staff are friendly hotel went the extra mile for us and our needs. The views are lovely, the food is Devine! Buffet breakfast was great, I've never had so much samon lol. It's definitely one for the books. The art gallery is really a wonderful sight, I love the water fall against the glass when going to the harbor deck and restaurants, Room service was great. On arrival my husbands birthday surprise awaited him balloons and champagne with chocolates. It was the highlight for me his face. I appreciate the effort put in on such short notice, due to me having a op, it was nice knowing that help was a call away. Rachelle thank you for you efforts and kindness.

From arrival everything was perfect. The reception, the covid protocols, the friendly staff at the bar, the beautifully clean pool area, the food and service at the restaurant for dinner was superb and breakfast was good.

Great potential but disappointing strict rules around swimming after checkout, because "you're not a guest anymore" according to the snarky receptionist. Never been to a hotel that does this.

Oh la la is a stunning bar, with wonderful food at cost effective prices. But they are under staffed and not capable of handling small groups. I suggest they employ more then two staff members at a time because it is ridiculous for such a big and profitable establishment to have two staff members at a time! One poor lady running around working herself to death trying to serve 30-40 people! What makes it even more ridiculous is that they want to close a cocktail bar at 9pm? makes no sense at all. They want to pull crowds but don't care about guests eager to spend money. The management needs to wake up!

Definitely had a memorable experience here at this hidden gem, I don't understand why they ain't rated 5/5 stars?! Food was divine the handy mobile device was truly handy, made a friend named Trevor. Who truly understands customer service.

Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the pricing quite unbelievable. Amazing specials for both lunch and dinner. Turn out was dissapointing… people it is a lovely place and if you don't go, you are missing out on a real gem!

Awesome stay at the lovely revamped Krystal Beach Hotel. Suites are huge and freshly decorated. Great amenities. Lovely views. Dinner was great and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely.

It is a very elegant, beautiful place. We went for a wine tasting evening, and ended off with the most delicious burger! And very affordable. Will definitely be visiting again.

Everything about the Krystal Beach Hotel was way past my expectations. This would be one of the hotels that looks better than the pics online. Room 330 led to a huge outdoor smoking area and panoramic views of the ocean and holiday apartments. Breakfast was awesome and so to the service of the staff. Art gallery, huge swimming pool as well as a gym and everything else in less then 5 minutes driving distance. Truly a break from a fast paced lifestyle. If a relaxed and peaceful holiday is what you need then Gordon's Bay would be it and Krystal Beach Hotel just perfects that holiday.

A hidden gem. We had the curry on special and I must admit it exceeded our expectations. Chef Marc is friendly, down to earth and an awesome cook. Our waitress was attentive and kind. The views are superb, the place is clean and the overall atmosphere is super relaxing. I seldom go out to eat as I am never 100% satisfied. Glad I found my zen. Looking forward to dine in the restaurant again.

The hotel infrastructure is beautiful, the room was beautiful too, but the service was not what my partner and I expected at all. We booked a room this past weekend as we go away every year around this time for our Anniversary. Upon checking in, our registration forms had a note that said "Anniversary on Saturday night" and we thought the hotel would be sweet enough to give us a little treat lol, but nope. Not even a message. The waitress who brought us our drinks was rude and at dinner in the Restaurant downstairs she was the same one that served us and was so bad at it. My soup was spilled all over the plate and she didn't dare apologize. My partner inquired about a meal he wanted to order and asked her what it includes and if she would recommend it. The waitress bluntly told him she does not know what the meal includes! How awful! I would have recommended the hotel based on obviously the location and beauty of it, but the service was not it! Our anniversary weekend was not as beautiful as our other experiences with other hotels have been. I have attached a picture from our last anniversary at Harbour House Hotel — Hermanus (which I highly recommend! ) — from our anniversary last year. We were treated like royalty! I also attached a picture from the Aha Quayside Hotel in Simon's Town (Highly recommended as well! ) from my partner's birthday weekend in February this year. Both hotels had amazing service and we enjoyed our stays to the fullest!

Great location, venue, good food & views, friendly staff cleanlines. Consider adding a heatpump to that lovely deckpool on the colder days and I will give it 5 stars.

Highly Recommend and Value for your money! I loved how clean our room was, very nice and compact. All the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was the best it was a lovely spread, with lots to choose from. We had dinner at the restuarant at the hotel wow! wow! wow delicious! Compliments to the chef! We will definitely return. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel memorable, if there were more stars to rate I would!

Extremely spacious rooms and excellent service. This hotel's "backyard" is the harbour leading into the Gordon's Bay residential islands (although this is locked off). My room comprised of two floors where the one floor had a balcony to the beach while the top floor opened up to a public balcony overlooking the harbour. Definitely a great place for some R&R.

This is my third stay at this hotel and it's been awesome every time. Great facilities and staff with a great location :)

My Mom had her wedding here. The help given by the hotel owner and her staff is incredible and I can not thank them enough for making my Moms day extra special and blessed! The owner even personally decorated the tables and venue on behalf of her! It was beautiful and this place is beautiful and I can't praise them enough!

Highly recommend pedicures at the spa, adjacent to the hotel infinity pool and overlooking the harbour. Tranquil setting, friendly staff and professional service.

Food was delicious and buffet replenished timeously. Staff were pleasant and very attentive. Enjoyable live music.

Our Award ceremony was hosted there on Tuesday… The whole staff of Old Mutual attended there with there partners and spouses… From the time that we're came there untill we're booked out the next day after breakfast was absolutely amaging… The staff so friendly… the food was the best. The rooms neatly cleaned… aircon… ooh the view from the balcony was amaging and Beutiful… I really didn't wanna come home. Dont know why its a 4 star because its definitely a 5 star… I so wanna go there for a overnite and breakfast again. Thanks Krystal Beach Hotel For Our Amazing Stay There… was a dream come true for me.

Very poor service from the night reception NO help desk, the hotel facilities are 4 star, but customer service is non existing, hence the 2 star. So, all in all over rated & no value for your money! They should select their staff & train them accordingly. We booked a balcony sea view & he stuck us in a lost corner misguided room.

Close to all restaurant's. And 5 min walk to the beach and Jetty for fishing. Lots of boats to look at. Nice pool area for the kiddies.

Stunning hotel at the seaside. 4 star excellence with well appointed rooms and a private quay to moor your boat. A beautifully appointed art gallery in the foyer is not commonplace in a hotel but a lovely surprise.

Such a beautiful Hotel, with lovely restaurant on the boardwalk. The restaurant food is very good value for money, beautifully presented, at very reasonable prices.

I loved this the venue was amazing, the rooms were amazing and the artwork was amazing. I was a bit disappointed in the food, it was not bad food just not amazing. It didn't match the amazing experience that the hotel gave me as a whole.

Very beautifully renovated for a while now — use to frequent the restaurant with the previous owners — service in the restaurant at the moment leaves much to be desired. E. G. Even though there are no or few customers — you sit for quite a long time before someone comes to you — albeit that you try and get someone's attention by waving or whistling. The lady behind the bar is very miserable — arguing with the waitress in clear view of us — and they didn't even have fat free or low fat milk for an ordinary coffee. Hopefully this will be addressed. Thanks for the opportunity to reapond — I'm hoping to frequent the place once again but not if the service providers is not up to scratch.

It was my second time back here. I enjoy the quietness and the wobderful service. Today the cake was not up to standard and we were invited to enjoy the dessert buffet. Super impressed by the honesty. I will definitely be back again.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Blankets are soft, bedding is pure white, towels are new and clean and soft! Inside the room one can have a mini-kitchennet with coffee, tea, etc. Very good service at the restaurant, chef greets you himself! I loved the staff, the service, the close proximity to the ocean. Wonderful, new hotel! There is a art gallery and beautiful koi fish pond inside. I would recommend it to all my friends!

What a stunning hotel! The setting — right on the sea with so much light. The hotel is full of wonderful artwork. The staff so friendly and they truly go out of there way to assist you in any way possible. The food was excellent. The bedrooms are very spacious and the quality of the furnishings are more than 5 star. A very modern hotel just 40 minutes from Cape Town, Hermanus and Franschhoek.

What a beautiful hotel! Its definitely the best place to be in Gordons Bay. ♡ We attended the Mothers Day lunch buffet and the food was absolutely scrumptious! Very good value for money. The staffs service was exellent and efficient and I cannot wait to visit again. Well done to all staff involved for making it a very special day.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. The hotel did not spare an expense when it came to breakfasts which were huge and sumptuous with a wide variety to suit even the pickiest of eaters. The rooms are air conditioned and very elegantly furnished. I had a wonderful stay. This hotel is world class with lovely staff and I cannot understand why it only has four stars? Five stars in my eyes… all the way. Thank you Krystal Beach.

Elegantly located hotel in the picturesque Gordon's Bay beach town. In walking distance to great pubs and restaurants, as well as the local shopping center. Next to a quiet beach, on the harbour. Great views and interior decorations. Staff are great and very friendly.
