Amazing… home away from home!

Value for money! Friendly staff.

Great lodge. Friendly owner, Great Manager and staff are always at hand if you need anything. Even Molly the dog makes you feel at home.

Stayed over for one night. Parking was a problem. Very disappointed with our room. Family room. The room was VERY, VERY hot. No ceiling fan. Opened the windows only to have mosquitos keep us up all night. Internet signal was terrible in the room. Feel that it was not worth the R1 000 we paid.

I'm really enjoying my stay at Lakeside Lodge. It is an amazing place to be. It's another home away from home. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The views from the lodge are wonderful. The staff is amazing. Gale the Lodge Manager is fantastic, and really goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The location is also fantastic, just by the lake and mountains. Also not far from the beach.

Lakeside lodge is an amazing place to be. It's home away from home. The cozy rooms are very neat with amazing views, friendly staff and great service. It's just a few minutes walk from the beach, historic places and nice restaurants. I definitely will recommend it anytime any day.

Ready come and go, full main kitchen, and mini kitchen in the room. Comfortable and convenient, however, Wi-Fi desperately needing attention.

Very cozy place! It just feels like home.

Nicely situated in a suburb outside Cape Town, not far from the beach or shops. Apart from seemingly endless flights of stairs, our room was comfortable and clean. There is a small swimming pool with a nice view. A fully equipped kitchen is available to cook your own food as it self-catering accommodation. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and very comfortable. Staff were friendly as was the small dog. A drive around the Cape Peninsula is highly recommended to appreciate the beauty of the Cape.
