Lovely place. Overpriced. No good views.

Stayed here for a week. Comfy, quiet, luxury apartments. They clean the apartment for you daily. They even washed our dishes! Security is annoying but other employees are nice and helpful. There is a free underground carpark if you are coming with your ride.

Very nice accommodation, clean spacious and modern. Just a shame about the building projects right across from it.

Excellent! Top notch accommodation with designated garage space, facing the canal 5 minutes away (by car) from waterfront mall. Next time I'm in Capetown I'll definitely try to stay there again.

These apartments are self cater complete with kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge and everything else one needs in a kitchen. You get free Wi-Fi and you look over the One and Only, the V&A Waterfront and table Bay with Robben Island and Table Mountain on the other side. The apartments are well appointed, spacious and comfortable and you get secure parking. When in Cape Town I always stay here.

This was a perfect short gate away. Close to the V&A Waterfront and Table mountain. It was a blast. The rooms are neat and clean and the security is perfect.

Perfect location and we'll equip, the parking can be improved however. The staff is mostly foreigner so the language barrier is a bit unpleasant.

Misleading advertisement: The first thing that got our attention (in a bad way) is that these apartments were falsely advertised. Misleading the customers is never a right thing to do. In websites, these apartments were advertised to be at close walking distance to the V&A Waterfront Parking: Getting in and out of the parking in the basement was a hassle and an absolute mission considering our big vehicle, we were also often told off for parking outside the apartments. Construction & Painting: Major construction work and paint work would begin as early as 6 am (right next to the apartments) which was a BIG turn off! This needed to be advertised in the websites so potential customers are well aware of the issue in advance before making a booking. Stay: The apartment itself was pleasant and were very well equipped. Beautiful apartment, very spacious and very comfortable. The other major issue I faced is there was no air conditioner in the 2nd room in the apartment block we rented. That was a disaster because we then had to shift the beds from that room to the lounge area, where there was an air-conditioner. The staff helped us well and were friendly. So even though the apartment itself was great, there were too many other issues we had with it especially considering it is so highly rated in these reviews!

Stayed here using AirBNB. Place was wonderful. Great views over channel and harbour. Conveniently situated within easy walking of V&A Waterfront.

Really enjoyed our stay at Canal Quays. The location is amazing (but don't expect to walk to the V&A during winter). The premises and parking are secure. The staff is friendly and the apartment is spacious. It has all the needed facilities. Some comments were about the view and noise due to it overlooking the harbor and loading dock, but the noise is barely noticeable and it actually overlooks the Cruise Terminal.

Best kept secret of Cape Town.
