It is a tranquil place and being around nature is always relaxing and soothing. A definite get away place to unwind.

It's absolutely a beautiful and peaceful place to be.
Our first time being there and I enjoyed every second of it.
I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys nature and to enjoy with with friends and family.

They could pay back our deposits on the 2 cottages we cancelled before Lock Down, which they promised to do at the time.

Houtkapperspoort is the ideal place to be. After being on safaris, trips, adventures etc… houtkapperspoort offers the possibility to regain energy peace n tranquility. It is THE PLACE one's need to refresh and restart again❤

We come back here every year and are never disappointed by this lovely place!
Love the welcome, the Springbok peacefully grazing on the lawns the rustic charm of the cottages the clean swimming pool and the tennis court.

A quiet gem of a resort nestled away in woody Hout Bay. Beautiful settings and view, lots for the kids to and close to the famous Fish on the rocks where you can indulge in the best sea food in Cape Town.

Been to Houtkapperspoort Resort twice in the last couple of years. It is lovely to be able to walk around the tranquil houses that they have put in the most beautiful part of Cape Town at Constantia Nek. All of the houses are well cared for by lovely and efficient staff and the grounds are incredibly well kept. The beautiful animals that wander around the estate are also a lovely finishing touch to a very high quality retreat. Will definitely be coming back here.

A wonderful location. Ideal for families, and perfect for quick access to cape town and the wine estates. The free roaming springbok were an unexpected delight. This is a very special estate and I can't wait to return.

I have now been to Houtkapperspoort 4 times and will continue to go there. The properties are all well presented, and the location of Houtkapperspoort is perfect for travelling all around the cape. It is exactly what I wanted for my family, and each year we stay longer and longer. The springbok wandering around the garden makes the early morning coffee on the patio so special.

This is a retreat where you can relax surrounded by beautiful mountains and trees, the chalets are beautifully done equipped with all essentials, one of the places to stay in the western cape.
