We had to change our booking dates 3 times due to unforeseen circumstances, Thomsons gladly made the changes and went out of their way to help us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even helping to fetch us from the hospital across the road when it was raining.
The location is great. Easy to find, good access to the M3, Constantia Village, and the Mediclinic is literally just across the road. Super convenient for my wife, she could walk to the hospital to visit me (when it was not raining, lol)
All in all, a wonderful place to stay with good facilities and location. The staff were always on hand and very helpful.

A wonderful, comfortable stay, and excellent service in every respect.
Highly recommend the Garden Cottage to a those travelling with a small child or baby, who would prefer the flexibility of having your own fridge, stove and microwave.
Room was spacious, clean, and catered for all our needs.
Easy, central location making for ease of travel to various destinations.
We will be back!

Staff were attentive and eager to help. Rooms were well kept. They were happy to help and support us wherever possible. Highly recommend this location for family holiday. Beautiful surrounding gardens, pool and Braai area. Close to Mediclinic constancia. Breakfast was offered in relaxing, well-appointed shared spaces. We used this as our base camp for our Cape Town, 22-day holiday. Really happy with the location. Thank you so much for all the care.
