Review of Innscape Classic Formely The New Tulbagh Hotel 3*

We stayed there for five nights, everything seemed fine at first, till our last day in the hotel. On our last day in the hotel, when I came back to my room at around 3 pm, I found out that, they stole my pocket, which was in my luggage bag, my pocket had a considerable amount of dollars! the pocket was obvious from day one, so I believe whoever did this from the room service, purposely waited till my very last day to steal the money, seeing that we were leaving on the same day at night. The hotel DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! all what they cared about, that no one from their visitors to hear about that incident. If they care so much about their reputation, I believe they should start with some trustworthy staff! and I am 100% sure it got stolen from the hotel, because I never get out with this pocket. The staff was really unhelpful, and I got back to my country, and that was a 3-4 days ago, and they still didnt get back to me! also, when we got back, my friend found out that they stole money from his luggage too! which in order for some one to find has to search all over the luggage to find it! which means the room service search in your stuff! DONT STAY THERE BY ANY MEANS! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, AND RUIN YOUR BEAUTIFUL STAY AT CAPETOWN! capetown is really really beautiful, dont spoil it by staying at such an untrustworthy hotel! on a side note, the amount of money stolen was a huuugee amouuunt! moreover, I wrote a review on tripadivsor, just to find that, the manager Edward, replied with "I remember you well, We provide safes in all our rooms that should be used by guests. We have electronically door locks and should something happen download the data and check for unauthorised entry. We also use our CCTV camera system to do any further investigation. We have done all these checks and found nothing. We have all these equipment to protect our guest and ourselves. Ewald Fendler" I would like to reply with, obviously, your equipments are failing miserably, because, your staff stole our money, and would like to know how exactly could you find out, if one of the staff stole money or not by checking the electronic door locks! and my money was in my luggage! your staff searches in the guest's stuff! my friend and i, were stolen from two different rooms! and definitely I wont fake getting stolen, I wouldnt spoil the last day of my trip, and missing going out for the last time, and spenign the last couple of hours with police, for nothing!
