Front desk staff, cafe/dining and concierge teams were fantastic. Beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only weird and vaguely annoying but was that the cleaning staff always came around 5 or 9pm, when we were getting ready for dinner or coming back in for the night. Why wait until there's guaranteed to be someone in the room?

Very nice rooms. Very nice people. Good breakfast buffet but good was cold from buffet. Only order fresh made eggs if you want something hot. Nice executive and meeting room capabilities. Nice pool/ bar area but closed due to water restrictions right now.

Food, Staff, Location, Cleanliness, … and our Room and 2 Bed suite! Were all on point! Only downer was there wasn't a good balcony view… … either way, we partied hard! Special Thanks to Mary, Julie and Nomusa for the quality service! We planning to stay there same time next year!

I had a short but great stay at this property! The decor and ambience is modern but warm and inviting. I stayed on the 8th floor and had spectacular views of Table Mountain and Bo Kaap. The view at night is just as incredible! I loved that the room had a great work station, it made my work trip that much more productive. If you have access to the executive lounge, it's highly recommended! The food and beverage is fab! The high tea is an absolute indulgence! The location of the hotel is brilliant! Easy to get in and out of town, and close to a whole bunch of hot spots. If you're parking a car, beware parking isn't free, and neither is it cheap! I paid R170 per day/night! Overall, the experience was lovely! Staff are very welcoming and friendly, and clearly well trained too.

Great hotel located in the famous bookap area. Hotel is easily accessible to the city aswell as a short drive to the famous waterfront and Victoria and Alfred mall. Also easy access to the table mountain and easy access to camps bay and sea point. Halal meals available at the hotel. Good pick in cape town.

Nice hotel with good happy hour for members. The location is a tad scary and they do not recommend leaving the hotel after dark due to crime. Great concierge service.

Love the restaurants inside the Hotel. Well done. Keep up the great work. They can at least try and change in their food menus a bit as they are very similar.

Very very disappointing. We booked this as part of Restaurant week. The description was promising. What we got:? Set menu with no choice. OK one can understand. Starter and Mains only no desert? Fish overcooked. Service terrible. A poke bowl? Was just some carrot strips and beans with salmon. And the price quite high. You are better off at the fish and chips across the road.

Great hotel. Staff were all very friendly and remember your name. Rooms are all very comfortable. Shuttle to the waterfront every hour is a plus. Only downside was the TV in the room which doesn't have many channels and picture quality wasnt great. The manager advised this was already being looked into upgrading. But hey, you don't go all that way just to watch TV! Would recommend it and would stay again.

The best thing about The Hotel is the location and the most most amazing view of Table Mountain day and night. Rooms as all Hilton’s are 5 Star — when we went April 2018 we did not experience much trouble with water… more cautious than anything. Centrally located with all shops, restaurants and transportation near by. The Wi-Fi is just soooo totally amazing! Super fast and no limit. The gym is well equipped with all you require including fresh towels. Well sized Sauna and Steam room which is unisex. The pool was half filled due to water restrictions. The hotels down side is that one can’t drink in the main lounge which is rather sad. I understand from the staff that it was Muslim run before and one can drink in the Signature lounge and Executive lounge which is just to much admin. The staff is friendly efficient and always with a smile on the face. The breakfast was a knock out every morning the perfect buffet. Overall a very good stay.

Bad and Dangerous! … just want to put the sun, starts to appear all kinds of bug, you Junan ' Fulero ' and some seem like you follow, playing the idiots ', if you do not hurry to take refuge in the hotel, they make you ' toad '! … And that's not all! … out there, add these unpresentable and get laid! … well… but I already went '… unscathed!

Excellent choice. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly throughout hotel. Paul on Concierge desk gave us really helpful advice on the area and organised great guide to take us on a day trip down to the Cape and all the great places in between. The hotel has great facilities and we had a lovely spacious room on 7th floor which was very quiet with distant view of waterfront. Free shuttle bus to V&A Waterfront came in handy too. Really enjoyed our stay.

We just received exceptionally good service for our last minute anniversary celebration. They have the most warm hearted and friendly staff I've come across thus far. Keep it Up! Food at Cafe 126 Cape was excellent. Had a really comfortable and relaxed evening. Thank you!

Does not live up to the hype. Service at the restaurant was extremely slow. Parking also extremely expensive.

Had dinner here which was great — food tasty and staff friendly. Parking fee was outrageous… R130 for 2.5 hours and the reception staff refused to validate or discount the fee. You can avoid this by parking in the nearby parking lots which are much cheaper.

The hotel is beautiful within itself. Added to the beauty is excellent service and friendly staff. I am staying for 5 nights in a suite and they move to take care of any need I have expeditiously. I would definitely stay here again.

It's situated tiny bit outside the city center, so don't get confused by the name. Very clean and nice. Staff very very polite and always with a smile. Concierge super efficient. The fitness area and the swimming pool are not the best in town but for sure you don't choose to stay here based on that.

Welcoming staff, underground parking (with a fee), nice executive lounge with hot food, wine, beer, spirits and snacks, hookah bar on site, too. Room was nice and clean… Regular rooms are not all the same — we had 3 rooms and the desk said they're all the same… There's out one was significantly larger than the others. Convenient store across the street was nice to have handy.

I would not stay here again. There are so many nicer less than 5 * hotels and out of the city. Staff were pleasant. Most. Courteous. Sometimes over the top… breakfast was nice too but I've seen much better. The exec lounge was nothing special either.

Always a great stay. Centrally located — walking distance to Long Street and restaurants. Near enough to Waterfront and Table Mountain. But the staff is the difference. Always attentive, always helpful and always accommodating. Rooms are clean, neat and well appointed. Restaurant and lounge are great. My go to hotel in town…

Good hotel. Centrally loacted and close to many happening places. Rooms are decent and have good view of the mountain and the city. Breakfast options are neat and hospitality is warm. Rooms need some changes for the bathroom requires a good partition as the light and sound leak which is bad for the couple or a business partner staying in the room.

Hilton Cape town has a nice location in the historic Bo-kaap area. It is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and you have walking distance to most attractions in the centre of town. They have shuttle that takes you down to the waterfront, it is not very frequent though. There is parking available underneath the hotel if you are driving. Barring the lobby and restaurant which are situated on the ground floor most others amenities are located on the mezzanine level. There you will find a nice patio with a sun deck, a pool and a bar. The pool is quite small but good to cool down in on hot days. On the side of the pool is the gym which is a good size and has a nice mix with machines and equipment. Across from the lifts on the mezzanine level is a business centre with computers and printers. Next to the lifts is also the executive lounge, it is a good size with a small patio and seating for about 20 people inside and they serve breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks and food. Breakfast is 6.30 to 10.30, afternoon tea is 15 to 16 and evening food is 18 to 21. The offering for both breakfast and evening food is excellent and extensive and you have just as good selection here for breakfast as you have in the restaurant and the evening offering is a full buffet meal so if you like it then there is no need to go anywhere else and there is plenty of beer, wine and spirits.

Funny place for a Hilton. No alcoholic drinks served in lobby restaurant. Gourmet food ordered on a tablet. Unnecessary high tech for fancy spec.

I've heard mixed reviews about this restaurant and thought I'd try it out for myself. We went for my husband's birthday. The place was empty the night we were there and maybe because it's midweek. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good. I had catch of the day and hubby had the Karoo lamb. Be prepared to pay extra for all sides as the cost on menu only includes your protein. When the staff found it it was his birthday they surprised us with complimentary plate of tiny cakes as a free treat. I would definitely go again.

Signal Hill Restaurant service is pathetic!

Good location, 10 mins taxi to/from Water Front. Satisfied with comfortable bed and excellent room service. Members of staff were very responsive whenever we need help. Breakfast available in 1st floor restaurant and 2nd floor executive area (same food though). Loved the bar with a small swimming pool. Enjoyed food there while watching a football match was truly a nice experience.

A. The hotel does not serve complementary water in the room. B. First I was informed that hotel provide free shuttle car to & from waterfront, but when I used the service, I was asked to pay, & was told the free shuttle is available till 17:00 hrs.

Do Not Book at this hotel if you value your privacy and money. I repeat DO NOT BOOK at Hilton Cape Town. There seems to be way too many mirrors. Some which I believe are two way mirrors so your being watched. The maid staff was instructed not to enter room. She did anyway and left with my money, that was stashed in briefcase. The incident was reported to sec. However, no hotel management of any kind ever offer an apology for the misfortune. The police was also called to file police report. They actually stated that this was NOT there first time they have been called to the Hilton Hotel for thief by the maids. The entire maid staff should be fired at once.

Hilton Cape town Is one of most beautiful place in the Western Cape.

This was a really great hotel! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room are nice and modern. Great location, short walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The complimentary shuttle to the waterfront is a bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the Hilton for 6 nights, was extremely disappointed. We were limited on electricity and came to a dark room on two occasions, we waited nearly an hour to get sorted by the very rude front desk personnel. Our TV remote was always removed and we had to constantly request this. Breakfast is really standard and monotonous. However, the restaurant staff was accommodating and very friendly.

Comfortable hotel in the city center, 15 minutes from the International Airport. Complimentary shuttle to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and return. Check in was easy and pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean, with a great view. Pool was great experience along with the sauna. Food was excellent. We highly recommend this nice hotel.

Great location in the city center. Hotel is modern and lovely. Staff greeted and helped us on check-in. Spacious and gorgeous rooms, with beautiful mountain view. The complimentary breakfast on the executive floor was wonderful. This hotel is perfect for us and we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was one of our best experiences. On check in the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded and we were placed in a clean and modern room with beautiful views, large bathroom, complimentary wine, chocolates and fruits. Beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the executive lounge, which served breakfast in the mornings, snacks in the afternoon and alcoholic beverages in the evenings until 21:00. The staff in the lounge was wonderful and genuinely interested in us having a good stay. The pool area was brilliant to relax in after a long day attending meetings at the business centre. We loved the entire stay.
