Warm welcome. Impeccable service and responsiveness. Ideally located near the Waterfront. Well equipped and clean apartment.

Great place an wonderful front desk staff. Would recommend everyone I know to this place.

The atendiment is good and the rooms are nice. But we had our money stolled inside the apartment and we didn't receive anything back. The administration informed that would do something about it but until now nothing happened.

Nice, cosy and luxury apartments. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our time here.

The Internet is perfect
I would have liked a better location, although there are some bars and the supermarket here close by. If your idea is to know the suburbs of the city, it is the ideal place.
I recommend doing a few days here and others closer to the park table Montain where you will find more green spaces and tranquility.

Great apartment with 2 double bedrooms and adjoining wet rooms in the city centre of Cape Town, superbly furnished with balcony/terrace on the 7th floor and — secured garage space. Super views of V & A Waterfront and Table Mountain.
All the necessary equipment is available, all fully functional and clean. For self-catering even for longer stay THE housing opportunity par excellence! Walking distance to the CongressCenter. Cheap for Europeans.

The hotel was really beautiful massive place but the internet wasn't working which was part of the extra benefits of renting the apartment. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.

Good establishment with acceptable facilities. The noise of cars is the only drawback.

We stayed here and I had a heart rate monitor/watch stolen from the bathroom. If you're not travelling with any valuables (or you're better at remembering to stuff things in the locker every. Single. Time) then this place is worth a stay not just for the price but for the wacky view of a overpass to nowhere. You don't see that every day. Make sure you try the Italian restaurant (Il Leone Mastrantonio) and cafe (Bootlegger) nearby.

It is in on busy intersection. Stayed one night because we missed the flight so last minute booking.

Excellently located for visiting Cape town. A distance to the Uada of the Waterfront. The interior of the apartments is luxury. The location and the staff were very friendly.

Nice apartments but found that the kitchen was not properly equipped. Seemed like kitchen items like pans and cups were missing from our room. Shower also was very harsh.

“Great location apartments” Definitely, this is the best choice for people with small families and those who like suit type hotel rooms. You have a suite with bedroom, kitchen and living room, a balcony. But the best thing is the location — 10min walk from the waterfront and 2 blocks from the grocery and a nice place for night entertainment. The price is also very attractive, the service is average but the personnel is very polite. You can stair at some super cars from the lobby in the showroom next door. Room Tip: Wi-Fi is free the first 500mb, after that you can buy 500mb for 100 ZAR.
