Very good and value for money. Breakfasts were excellent. Very well located. Host super Friendly and helpful. We stayed in a self catering unit but still had breakfast, The unit was well stocked.||Would definitely go back there.

We absolutely loved our six nights here. What a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the sad moment we had to say goodbye to James and Brooke. The guest house is super comfortable with everything you need for an unforgettable trip. And the breakfasts? Well. You simply have to book and enjoy the excellent hospitality provided by this special couple. They go beyond simply being hosts by recommending and organizing whatever you want. But back to the accommodation. Beautiful rooms cleaned every day, gallons of hot water, big and comfortable beds, hair dryer and straightners in the wardrobe, laundry done if you need it and cold beer, wine and water in the fridge in the guest sitting room. What more could you ask for! The location is great as well. It's a quiet, safe neighbourhood which was really important for us. And we were able to walk to the V&A waterfront most days which took us about 20 minutes. If you're looking for top quality accommodation at a good price then this is the place for you.

We really enjoyed our 7 day stay at James' guest house! The location is perfect in a very safe neighbourhood. We walked to Waterfront and local coffee shops/restaurants on many occasions. Our room (sea loft) had a wonderful view and a little balcony. The real asset of the guest house is its owner, James! The friendliest and most helpful guy you will ever meet! Thanks for everything, James. We will be back soon!
