Their service is professional, they made us feel comfortable and we loved their food.

Food was delicious and the service of the waiter was in a good standard.

Visited for 4 nights last week on honeymoon. Beautiful hotel, great location. Food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and full of knowledge and useful tips. Siyanda on reception was just lovely, had a fantastic stay, thank you!

Loved the ambience & atmosphere that was set on arrival and the warm welcome! Excellent customer service delivery from reception, cleaning staff, waiters, porters & the food was well plated and appetizing well done to the chef.

Family friendly, staff very friendly; their restaurant provides delicious meals and being within the hotel is very convinient. Recommend that they add more items on their buffet breakfast because it becomes boring if you have staued there for more than two or more nights.
Otherwise the hotel is beautul and in a safe and quite area.

The rooms were very nice and with a pleasant view. The staff was incredibly helpful with currency exchange, directions, and suggestions for making our stay a wonderful one. In the morning, breakfast was perfect, something for everyone! I would love to stay there again.

I had a group of 8 from the Czech Republic staying at the CT Hollow for a week and they were so happy — the location is obviously excellent and so convenient, the food was great, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Hotel without a lot of pretensions, but in a convenient location to get to any place.

A great boutique hotel in the heart of the city of Cape Town. It is well worth a stay — reasonably priced for a 4-star establishment and great staff. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. It's a great location as well, easy to get anywhere in and around the city.

The staff were lovely very friendly and helpful a very clean place not a lot of atmosphere of a night in the bar but a bit out of the way

Awesome stay at the hotel. Such warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb and so was our dinner.
We were also given a complimentary bottle of wine, no strings attached.
Very windy, like every other day in Cape Town. The balcony door rattled a bit, which reminded me of home. But after I stuck a piece of paper underneath the door, the problem was solved.
We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary here and would certainly be back.

The hotel is nice unfortunately our stay was during a time that was very very very windy and since the hotel is old, the noise of the windows was super loud and could sleep also super bad internet connection and no TV for 3 days stay with bad weather and had to stay in so bad experience. Spoke to managers and would not fix problem, would not change our room, and definitely would not comp anything. We did. It had a good stay experience, fell unsafe during our stay.

After two wonderful weeks in this wonderful country where the welcome and the smile accompanied us throughout our trip, we arrive at this hotel where the receptionist was not the most friendly but we go for order.
The first disappointment is that the hotel does not have a private car park but you have to re-build on a covered parking right at the side of the hotel and of course it is PAYMENT …
If you arrive and you have to download the suitcases it becomes very complicated as there is no space to do this and the police are already ready with paper and pen in hand ready to give you the fine!
Of course from the receptionist no help!
For Wi-Fi we were provided with a voucher that was not working and after several attempts we were changed (the line is certainly not the fastest).
From a 4 star hotel I honestly had higher expectations.

Over the top. Staff were awesome room was perfect. Breakfast was superb. Everything way amazing. Well within our budget very surprisingly. It's very centrally located and the Hi Hi picks up almost in front. This would be the only place we would stay if we returned to CT.

Dined at the Eighty8 restaurant. Needs more staff. Parking is a problem. Expected more from the food.

The Hotel is very close to many tourists attractions. Within walking distance to Victoria & Alford Waterfront. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar is Excellent. Love the whole staff. Beautiful and Professional. I highly recommend this beautiful Hotel.

Top location, were there 3 nights and everything was good.

Far too expensive for what you get. No parking in spite what their website leads you to believe. Tiny rooms, broken elevator, slow staff that are generally uninformed and unhelpful.
