Wow what an amazing couple and place. I love how they give their clients a personal, warm and friendly service. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves a home feeling while on holiday. The place is very clean, peaceful and very private. The food is delicious and so is their overall service. Not forgetting the story behind the name of the guest house. Love love Barbara and Paulo ❤️ my family will most definitely be going back soon.

What an amazing experience. Barbara and Paulo are the most awesome & friendly people, I can go on and on. Wonderful staff. Excellent shef. Had an amazing safari, in-house spa teatment, river cruize. Everything was just fabulous. We will definately visit again.

This is a beautiful guest house run by Babara and Paulo! I stayed for 2 nights with an all day safari in between. I am travelling on my own for the first time so was a bit nervous but from the moment I met Barbara at the airport I felt relaxed, comfortable and well looked after. The guest house is beautiful and the food is amazing! Thank you for welcoming me at the start of my African adventure!

Lovely place for tourist going to the Kruger National Park but not for business travellers. Good service but overpriced. Small rooms but very clean. Aircons and noises start at 4am…

Kaia Tani is the best place to stay in Phalaborwa when you are a Krugerholic as I am. Barabara and Paolo are the nicest people, it really feels if they are family. The accommodation is wonderful! So quiet, nice rooms, excellent food. Very nice waiters!
For safaris, most of the time Craig Young who owned Nandzana Safaris, will be your guide. He is fantastic!

We stayed at Kaia Tani for 3 nights with our 2 boys (6 and 3 years old) and our stay was excellent! It was very comfortable traveling with young kids. The food was exquisite and they even accommodated our two picky eaters. The ambiance is very authentic and it has an amazing African vibe. We highly recommend to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay with young kids. The owners helped us plan our trip to Kruger and were extremely attentive. I had never been to a hotel where the place looks better than its pictures!

Was here 2013 Nice place to stay at. Breakfast was a little small, not sure if it changed. Good beds and all rooms have aircons.

Great lodge, very close to the Kruger Park's Phalaborwa gate. Good food, excellent service — owner managed makes the difference.

You seem an Italian shell in South Africa will feel at home thanks to Daniela who runs the guesthouse and Alberto with safari you will always find the big five. The pool refreshes magnificently after a day in the bush at 48gradi. Food excellent both breakfast and dinner if you want a sandwich or a fruit salad in the afternoon there and ask. Good for those guys to explain the mysteries of Albert bush.

We had an incredible stay at Kaia Tani. We stayed for a few nights and wouldn't change a thing. Daniella arranged everything for us from Safari Guides to personal massages in our rooms! The food was great and the service felt like we were staying at our families house. Very clean, great bathrooms, nice pool at the end of the day. Despite not being from South Africa I think we got really lucky finding this place, there were a lot of "shady" places around that we are glad we didn't stay in. Only thing we would change is to stay for a couple more nights next time.

Outstanding Guest House, run by Italians, Alberto and Daniela. Excellent cuisine, where you feel at home. Availability and courtesy are their motto. You can rely on Alberto also guided tours in Kruger Park, bravo and prepared, you won't regret it. Anita & Michele.
