So good for the soul, resting in an absolutely stunning and tranquil environment, the rooms are spacious and the units huge! The swimming pool is breathtaking and the staff so friendly. Would recommend this to anyone that needs their soul to be recharged.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish! Vanessa and Steve were amazing and made our holiday so special. We loved every second of being in our luxury tented camp which has the most amazing view. Due to weather conditions we moved to a log cabin for one night which was great but we were so sad to leave our tent.
The staff are all amazing and so friendly and helpful, Steve genuinely cares about every guest and wants them to have the best experience. The lodge itself is immaculate and well taken care of. The views are incredible and the food is delicious. The sounds of the lions, hyenas and bush babies at night add a special touch to the experience. I will be back to find a bush baby!
We were so sad to say goodbye to Steve and Pledge (I wanted to cry).
Steve, thank you for giving us the opportunity to relax and unwind at your amazing lodge, we will never forget our new year celebrations and holiday at Amafu and we will definitely take you up on the offer and will be back as soon as we can!

Such a beautiful and romantic place. We heard the sounds of lions roaring from the surrounding game farms. Saw the most amazing thunderstorm.

The best honeymoon getaway ever! We were beyond blessed and treated so well by Steve, Mamma, Grace and the rest of their team. The accommodation is out of this world beautiful as well as nice and private. The food cooked by Mamma and Grace is some of the best I've experienced in South Africa. Most importantly, everything was done with a massive smile. Thank you for the incredibly memorable experience Amafu Forest Lodge. We'll definitely be back!
