Its a beautiful place I must say.

Visited Relax in over the weekend and I was so impressed with the place and staff. The staff from the front desk to the chef and owners were super helpful and polite. The ambience created with the lights, setting and garden is peaceful and creates an atmosphere of home away from home. Will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely amazing stay, certainly one of the best family getaways I've had. The honeymoon suite and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The staff are wonderful and went above and beyond and made it an unforgettable stay.

Such accommodating staff who made sure all my requests were met. Views are magnificent. Will definitely recommend and be a returning guest.

This place is so chilled. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. The honeymoon suite we booked was absolutely stunning. I still cannot get over it. They even boast a n exceptional function venue for weddings and parties. Food is lovely. I even got a massage and treatment at their on-site spa. Relax inn is my new favorite spot in Ballito. Highly recommended.

Great location. Prawn bunny was tops loved the mutton bunny. Roti wraps yohh the size.

The setup for every function speaks its own volume of excellence and perfection. Aunty Vanessa does a splendid job and the staff are always embracing you with the best hospitality.

The ambience the entertainment and off course the food was delicious.

Relax inn is best I am enjoying and I gonna stay for 5 days. I will leave on Friday the 13th of april Beds are comfortable got TV and free Wi-Fi… I can give it 5 stars.

As a critic of accommodation establishments I give "Relax Inn" a 2 star rating, simply because during my stay I found that the gate was not working, the thorn trees where overlapping onto the road and was scraping my car, and the parking space was definitely not up to code. The room that I stayed in was was cozy, and the beds where more comfortable than expected, but the towel that hung in the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet was not up to the correct clean standard. The only tap in my room was the tap in the bathroom, which made drinking water a most uncomfortable affair. Despite those setbacks, I still found the beds very comfortable, and the staff most welcoming and friendly. I also found the automatic lights in the hallways a good feature that I do not come across most oftenly in other establishments. I would recommend "Relax Inn" for people who are going to be out for most of the day ond/or until late at night, and just need a place to sleep.

I hosted a 2 day Kids Workshop at Relax Inn and I was truly impressed by the beautiful and stylish set up. The spacious and relaxed atmosphere enhanced the content of my program. The friendly staff were supportive and most accommodating. I will encourage anyone looking for a tasteful and classy venue to book Relax Inn to host your party, wedding or conference. A big thanks to Veronica, Raaksha and Brendon for the smooth running and organising of my Brain Gym workshop.

Great place, spent just one night there but the staff were great, place was neat and spacious.

Very smart and clean. Had a school reunion there and the space was sufficient for all of us.

Huge dissapointment. Welcome with no smile. Climbing up the rickety wooden stairs with a heavy suitcase was hazardous. TV only had 4 channels (SABC 1, 2, 3 & E-TV). Breakfast of a fried egg, wors, a bit of bacon was anticlimatic. The rationed 2 small yogurt tubs, 2 small apples & 2 bananas, with 2 cereal options for the both of us was the ultimate. Relatively comfortable bed, decent bathroom and hot water was the only saving grace! : — (
