Sea n Sky Apartment

🤩Enjoyed our stay this week absolutely beautiful clean, neat and safely secured parking👌. We truly had such an amazing time the pool was sparkling clean so was the game room it was really fun my nephew enjoyed the pirate jungle gym there was so much fun activities to do at the resort that kept us entertained throughout our stay what we loved about this place the activities are not just for kids but adults too😁🤭. The rooms are so spacious clean and neat the beds was comfy the pillows was soft bedding was clean & smelling fresh🤭 you dont have to carry a blow dryer or iron rooms come with 1🤭😊. Each room had a fan which was working perfectly. Felt has if we had the aircon on… That was the Only thing that was missing in the apartment😉… The awesome sea view we woke up to every morning😍😍🤭. The staff is so friendly👌 Only 1 thing thats needed is a lift😉😅 especially when you have to walk all the way up to the 3rd floor🤣🤭🤪 Definitely a place we'd want to come back to🤩☺️ Shops are near by literally a walking distance to spar & the beach😁😊 I would give it a 10/10 this place is amazing🤩👌

Most terrible place to ever be on holiday harassed by security for talking. It should just be a retirement home I been to alot of places this is the worse. The manager is even so rude.

Len the manager and Sea and Sky Uvongo was absolutely unaccomadating. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding with our Holiday Club booking and was not aware of a overcrowding penalty for one person. Holiday club tried to help, but Len was terribly inconveniencing us. He wanted the fee immediately when we asked to pay for it on the Friday when we leave, he literally sent his staff as bouncers, a few times. It to an extent felt racist. Together with this the Accomadation has so many flaws including almost a whole day that was spent by maintenance to fix the geyser. I hope Len gets disciplined by his bosses.

Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff members and it's near to all amenities. An air-conditioned unit would be an advantage but overall it's neat and tidy.

Place and staff is lovely. Currently here for 3 days and there is no water. They have jojo tanks which have not been refilled. This should have been catered for knowing the water situation and knowing we are in the middle of a pandemic. No water means no hygiene!

Great modern place. Helpful staff. I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything is awesome. Lovely, friendly and nice staff members.

Never will recommend this place to anyone. No airconditioners. No replacement towels. Must use towels supplied on arrival for 4 days. No pool towels supplied. Did not inform me prior to my arrival in spite of emailing and enquiring about the place and requirements. Should inform guests to bring their own towels for the pool and beach and also to use for bathing. Management to really look into the towel situation especially with all this viruses going around. Need to practice cleaniness.

The Wi-Fi is terrible here… 4 mg line, not true.

No staff to help with your luggage but the rooms are lovely at least.

Worst experience ever we were just talking mind you during the day and the si called manager came and tried to chase us out… said we were noise and claimed to take our hard earned money meanwhile we never even slept there… is it because we black because even our India friends were here and we went to their rooms but nobody came… this place is terrible never coming here and never recommend it.

Had a lovely weekend at Sea and Sky. Very relaxing. Beautiful rooms, safe and very friendly staff from security to reception to housekeeping to maintenence. Will definitely be back hopefully soon.

My family and I have had a fabulous long weekend here. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The kids have loved the gameroom and swimming pool. Very relax time. Would definately recommend this place… in fact we have already.

Worst experience ever! The idea of being placed in one of the back rooms just because we paid cash made us feel very unwelcome and unimportant… We went there wanting to relax and have a good time but we actually returned feeling worse than the time we got there. Our room was one that shouldn't have been used for sane humans, even animals would've felt offended by the state in which it was in. We were in room 8 and it was boiling hot. I really thought there weren't hotels that still had ceiling fans but surprise surprise we had them in our room. My daughter is asthmatic and ceiling fans are my worst nightmare as her mother. We had no choice but to use the fans since all the windows weren't able to open and when we asked for assistance from the management, there was nobody there and we were attended by the security guard which was very disturbing and he told us that there's nothing that he could do as the staff knocked off at 1pm. I was very dissappointed and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Hi… my family are currently booked here and we are loving our stay, booked for 4nights, its almost our third night now, beautiful place, beautiful swimming pool, swimming pool slide, Awesome games room, staff are very friendly and helpful, security is tight which we love it cos our safety comes first, our cars are safe, I will diffinately recommend this place to our friends, we were specific and booked a 6 sleeper, 5 adults and a little baby, I work in the hotel industry, I'm an receptionist at the place I work in, must be specific when booking, how many adults, how many children, some guests that book with us in durban don't mention their kids and this causes a problem also cause they have to get a bed for them and extra linen and cutlery, so its a hassle, if only guests would state the number of people and children they come with, life would be much easier, anyways we love it here cause its close to the beach, just 2 mins walking too and the shopping complex and shops are 3 mins walk, so we really enjoying our stay, … Thank you management staff and workers, God bless.

Worse place ever with the most rude and obnoxious manager. Don't know how they even allow him to still be employed at this resort. He has no customer skills whatsoever and was extremely rude to me. Who on earth charges you R500 per night for an extra child who is 2 years old? Not even worthy of being a hotel. Thanks for spoiling the whole experience of our holiday. Will never come back or refer anyone to your resort!
