If you want peace and quiet this is a place for you. The view is spectacular. Love the swimming so nice to relax. The staff is very friendly, Douglas assisted me. The view from my unit is also feeling nice and Miley love it. Close to the city and you would not say it. A real gem.

To see a friendly smile 01:00AM on arrival, after we phoned them up last minute at that time of the morning in the middle of winter, and then walk into a warm room clean and comfortable after a long and strenuous flight was like heaven on earth. The host is very friendly, the rooms very spacious and clean, heaters were provided and a range of TV channels for entertainment. Above everything else the place is very close to the airport.

Diane was an amazing host — she gave us great directions to the accommodation and when our group of 4 arrived, they were greeted and welcomed. Friendly and welcoming, this family-run breakaway from the city holds a return flavour. Take binoculars and a book if you enjoy birding and relaxing in a delightful garden. Dinners are offered and prepared with the home-cooked touch; the roasts and curries are delicious and fresh. Accommodation offers an eclectic variety catering for singles to families and fun group celebrations. Great spacey-views of indigenous vegetation from all lodgings; each decorated with care.

The room was lovely, staff friendly and helpful, and the location tranquil. The rooms are quite chilly with tiled floors and not much sun coming in, but fortunately there are air conditioning units fitted which helped immensely to take the chill out the room. I will definitely consider Hills and Dales again for my business trips — it is less than 10min away from Lanseria airport which suits me perfectly. — full Wi-Fi in the rooms — small kitchenette for basic cooking — easy access plug points from the beds — TV with limited DSTV channels — spacious garden and pool area for relaxing/walking around — option for meals throughout the day on offer — secure property with electric fencing & beams activated at night.
