Did not like the service. No fridge in the rooms… No microwave. Was in short of blankets. But the staff was kind… That is the only thing I liked.

Lovely overnite rooms in Randburg.

The Bedroom was extremely small and also had ants which ate our take-away fish. We had to pour water in a bucket and put it behind the bathroom door because there was no key to lock it… just terrible!

The TV was not working. They are using buckets to get hot water, they make so much noise in the morning, the bedroom was extremely small than on the pictures, there's no Wi-fi. The worst was there was men roaming around the corridor Whist I was taking a shower & the door is not working. It can't close & there's no key. I had to use a bucket filled with water to place it behind so that the door won't open. When I left, there was no one at the reception to give the keys, I saw them with these men that look like construction workers eating loaf & chips outside. I have never seen such horrible service. I won't recommend anyone to spend their money at that place.

The yard is clean and promising, but get inside nothing good at all: dirty linen, dirty bathroom with not even toilet paper poor customer care, there is no reception to ask for anything I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Was disappointed that we didn't get what we were promised.

Horrible experience, bad reception. Cant shower or bath. Had to wait 30 min at the front gate before they opened the gate.

What ever you do, do not stay there. Rudest people ever, swearing at guests. Dirty linen, ants and rats in the room. Had to call cops to be let out. Worst experience ever.

Don't stay here ever. Room was smelly, bathroom tap not working, did not have toilet paper, and there was no breakfast even though website says they offer it.
When bringing problems to the attention of management, there was no apology and definitely no refund, not even a partial one. (Except for the breakfast that I'd paid for in advance. )
Just don't stay here. You'll hate it.

Taps don't work, it's not a bed and breakfast, linen is dirty. Terrible place, will not recommend to anyone.

It's not a bad place but we have to ask for towels and toilet paper. At the gate we have to look for the person who has the key which is very inconvenient, the owners are not very friendly people except for the room service.

It was so bad, we didn't even stay, there was no one to let us in, we had to call them n wait about 20 minutes for somebody to assist and let us in. When we finally did get in, the place was dirty and smelled really bad, we didn't feel safe and decided we can't stay there with our kids, the manager who said his name was Michael was rude and refused to refund us, we paid for 2 rooms. Very misleading information on website, disappointed. I would not recommend any one waste their money booking this place.

Very bad. No proper parking. Drainage system blocked in bathroom. Have to always ask for toilet paper or towels as nothing was in the room.

Terrible terrible service, what a waste of money. We waited 1 hour for our room to be cleaned, the bathroom light was not working, the shower tap wasnt working, the TV wasn working, the gate wasnt working we had to call them at 1am to come and open for us. The noise was absolutely ridiculous. Wudnt recommend anyone to go there.

Do whatever you have to, but don't stay here!

It was a great private place to hang out or have meetings. Hospitality was the best. Left that place with a smile. Great Venue.

The owners Bruno and Michelle are very friendly and we enjoy our stay with them. We will definitely stay here everytime we visit johannesburg.

The place is nothing near to it's name… no comfort at all. The room door takes time to unlock I was wondering what if there was an emergency and one had to rush outside for safety. The throw on the bed was very dirty and so was the chair. The pillows are old. Misled by pictures on the Internet.

Poor… more like terrible and disgusting. Nothing like their website… by far.

Bruno comforts they must really change the name. I spent just a night there, but it was no comfort. The door for the room I was given was broken and the linen really smelled bad.

My mom and I stayed at the Bruno Comfort Suites during our stay in Johannesburg. It was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. The staff and owners were very welcoming and kind. They helped us find good tourist spots and transportation for the week, and breakfast was prepared special every morning. It was wonderful! I would recommend it to everyone.
