An absolutely wonderful place. The staff are so attentive and accommodating. I was really impressed by them. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are lovely. The decor is very impressive; every piece of art and piece of furniture is gorgeous. Chef Keegan was such a delight; he accommodated happily our group’s food requests and was excited to utilize his skills in a creative way for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pool was great. I look forward to coming back again someday.

Castello di Monte in Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria is the ultimate date night destination if you long to make your way to Italy to chase la dolce vita, but don't really have the time to do so. Having visited Italy myself fairly recently, I can attest that the likeness is truly uncanny! We'd let management know that we were visiting for a romantic evening, so they prepared a special, secluded dining space with a cracking fire — something that can be requested if you'd prefer to d…o so yourself. The venue often plays host to smaller weddings of up to 35 guests, so they really know how to turn on the charm. The food was wonderful and when we made our way to our room we were met with a lovely interior and an indescribably beautiful view, which we marveled over even further the next morning while enjoying our breakfast that was set up and presented on our private patio. Personal attention to detail is evident at every turn and we enjoyed excellent service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Castello di Monte for couples living in Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Rustenburg who are pining for a getaway, but simply don't have the time to get on a plane or take a long road trip — all you need to do is book a room and take a breather with all the luxury of Italy right there at your fingertips.

An extremely warm welcome, excellent and efficient service, the presidential suite was the epitome of luxury, all our needs were accomadated with smiles and the dining was out of this world. Chef Stephen's Fillet Mignon was incredible, and I would definitely reccomend it to anyone stopping by. We were even treated to breakfast in bed. Overall, by far the best hotel experience I have experienced.

One amazing place with the best view of pretoria I have ever seen. If you can afford living here I would definitely reccomend this place. It is mesmerizing and n great place to live. The parking and rooms are private and in a quite area. Loved the decor and vibe.

The hotel is located in a wonderful area of Pretoria. Great views from the hotel of downtown Pretoria. Very professional management. It is one of the very few places in Pretoria where quality always prevails. Pricing is upscale, but governmental rates are available for professional travelers. They book up quickly, so booking in advance is strongly recommended.

I hosted my friend's kitchen high tea at Castello di Monte. The venue is amazingly beautiful and and the staff was attentive to our every request and need. Lovely, relaxing setting and great staff.

As I type this I am sitting in Room IV of the Castello Di Monte. This is a very relaxing place. In a very nice, safe neighborhood in Pretoria. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive to your every need. If I ever come to Pretoria again I will stay here.
