Great place to transit. Was in Johannesburg for 24 hours so a good night sleep before another international flight was welcome. We had great breakfast service and our concierge Gugu set us up with an afternoon tour of the surrounding cities. Back in time to fly out!

Rooms are neat and clean, staff are friendly. The food is debateable… Breakfast is nice. But the actual menu is bland. Should reconsider their recipes. But overall not a bad hotel to stay at.

Stayed there for a week while traveling for work purposes. They have the most excellent staff. The rooms are if a 4 star level even though it is only rated 3stars. The selection on the buffet breakfast is excellent and the meals at the in house restaurant is also delicious and very affordable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when traveling to Johannesburg.

Efficient, responsive staff. The small gym is well outfitted for most type of workouts, bar only serious weight training. The rooms are big and well maintained, with good space for working on your laptop and handy full USB type 2 port in the wall for charging. Decent restaurant with a wide selection of food, and same goes for the breakfast room.

Staff very friendly & helpful including parking attendant. Room was neat, clean & peaceful. I had my brother in Milpark Hospital undergoing a lung operation & needed to stay somewhere close to the hospital. Had no booking, but the lady at reception was so helpful. Thank you all.

Checked in after 4 in the morning and the receptionist that was on duty was able to help me with booking a room. Being part of the loyalty programme helps as you at least get a discounted rate I checked in and made payment One of the security guys parked my friends car and brought the key to our room They could maybe put face cloths in the room and extra towels as the water from the shower does flood the bathroom as there is no door Otherwise relatively good value for money just to rest after a night out.
