Breakfast was satisfying, hotel was clean I would stay again. Most noted was security. Must use room key for elevator.

Centrally located for business. Comfortable and quiet. Good restaurant next door so you dont need to travel far.

Nice place but it's very isolated and it's inside a office park. Every movement that you need to do you have to take a taxi. You can not walk to anywere.

I enjoyed my time here. Friendly and polite staff. I was to check out at 5:20am. They allowed me to have breakfast which is always served from 6:30am to 9am. Totally went out of their way.

It's a lovely place for an overnight. But when you stay for 5 nights then a building cupboard should be there and your suitcase and shoes can be packed away neatly.

I did write a detailed review about it to the customer service Head. They have responded to me very efficiently. Mentioning that they are replacing shower floors, reprimanded housekeeping for secondary spot checks etc. I am impressed that customer service is taken seriously in this hotel.

There are 2 Holiday Inns in Sandton. I contacted reservations several days in advance of my trip to confirm our room and arrival. Agent continued to insist only that I provide a reservation number and otherwise seemed unwilling to be more helpful. We decided to work it out upon arrival at the front desk with hopefully someone more able and willing to help. Unbeknownst to me until I arrived at the wrong Sandton Holiday Inn that my reservation was with the other. They told us that there is no way of cross referencing with the other place. After 2 hours finally arrived at this place out next to the freeway in an office complex Checked in and given a card key that of course required a return trip to the desk because it wouldn't open the door. With the second key I made entrance on an occupant who was clearly settled in the room. Desk staff took about 15 min to arrive and take me to another room with another card key that didn't work. Staff person showed me the room which was dark and gloomy looking unlike room on the other side of building where another member of our party was lodged. I was very graciously given a room on that side of building. Niceness! At that point I was willing to at least feel compensated for the hours it had taken to finally get settled with this gesture. At 3am a ceiling pipe broke in the ceiling flooding two rooms of others in our party.

Good quality room. Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Good South African breakfast. I would go there again.

No nonsense hotel. Staff very competent and friendly. Not much to do a weekends but safe and secure on a business park.

The spoon and cups where dirty. There was a roach of some sort that was huge that ran behind the headboard. The shower was really small. No obese people would b allowed to bath in there. So definitely needs upgrades.

A pleasant 'local getaway' hotel for the family. Very supportive and helpful staff.

The best, secure nd central to a lot of malls. They need a chaufer to help us with our bags from undercover parking it's quite not an even surface when you have a suitcase.

Was here for a seminar, company that arranged it changed venue last minute, don't know if this contributed at all, but no coffee or breakfast was ready when we arrived, we had to ask for it, muffins around 10 was dry and tasteless and lunch at the bottom restaurant included was not very good and owner looked sour at us being there, very little parking too. Bathroom was very clean though and reception staff very friendly.

Very friendly staff members. The breakfast is served from 6:30, and it is deliciously enjoyed with a nice view of waterfall city. There is no bar fridge in the room. The shower is spacious and the room is quite comfortable. The room service orders end at 9pm. They also offer basement parking free of charge.

Not a bad spot! Comfortable rooms with what you would expect from a hotel of the calibre.

Nice and big room. I enjoyed my stay. Friendly reception staff. The only thing I didn't like is that there's no room service they also need to change their restaurant. It serves old stale food.

The place is good to stay. I stayed for 5 days. Very clean and hygienic. Cordial staff. Breakfast excellent. Only problem, no room service, not a single bottle of water is supplied.

The receptionist lady was very rude, I wanted something to drink from the bar (heineken) she was like do you see any heineken there, as if I knew whats there and whats not, having to hold cold drinks with my hands no container nor tray while going to my room, otherwise its a good place, chilled.

Hotel meets all expectations and more. Keep up the good service.

I love the breakfast at this place, it's at a good location which make peaceful and quite, good enough to get work done.

Terrible location on the motorway without flair. Staff not particularly helpful. Taxi trip to Sandton city centre just 200 ZAR. No swimming pool. Never again.

Expensive Internet. Bad location.

Best location to be at if you're participating in the 94.7 cycle race. You don't have to drive anywhere on the day of the event. Close to major highway routes, shopping malls, garages for fuel etc. Service is brilliant. Amenities are all you need. If you expect a 5 star hotel all you nay sayers, then book in at a 5 star hotel. It's not home people, but hell, its gets pretty close.

The rooms are a bit cramped.

Bad location landlocked. Bad facilities poor and expensive internet. Good to stay in for 3 days maximum.
