Very comfortable hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Parking spaces behind the house are available, but you have to look for something to get there. Since you have to cross the main square, locks or bollards have to be bypassed. The rooms are spacious with double bed, sofa and desk and a large closet. Very practical is that the bathroom and toilet are separated. Comfortable pillows and good martrates, what more do you need.

It's a little bit difficult to find their parking. Good location, nice rooms and they offer nice breakfast also.

The welcome was so so. The receptionist seemed to be a bit annoyed by our questions where to park. What is really a bit unusual to have this hidden access to the hotel. You need to pass pedestrian area to enter the hotel. Anywhere the hotel was clean so far. Rooms average the same for the breakfast. Finally ok for one night.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Rooms are a bit tired and noisy. Breakfast poor, coffee very very BAD!

Beautiful Hotel in The centre of Maribor. There is also a Car park right next to the Hotel. The Staff is very friendly and accommodating. All Attractions are within Walking distance. There is plenty Of Restaurant nearby. The Rooms are well maintained.

The place is small, the Hotel is new and Oasis food is very rich!

We stayed there on March 11, 2018 for one night. I loved our room, it was bright and cheerful, had a toilet separate from the bathroom, and a nice living area with a couch that was separated from the bed. The breakfast was very pleasant too. I also loved the location, right in the heart of the old center of town. The people at the reception were quite friendly. I would go there again.

Go somewhere else. We visited for one night as walk in early August, on our way north in Slovenia. At that time they only had one double room available for the price of €72 — without A/C. The room was small with worn furniture and hard beds, and floor carpets all over. Had to move the bed and night table to get access to a socket, and discover spiderwebs and old beer corks behind it. After a long night in the heat with lots of noise from the street, we went down to breakfast only to find that almost everything was already gone one hour before closing. There surly are better options in Maribor.

Comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff in central location. Very much recommended.

The room was very clean. No fridge in the room, although he was said to be. The rooms are old, dirty. There's a thick dust layer in the closet. The window opens only on the ventilation. The room was too hot.

Great value for money, modern and practical hotel. Full city centre, paid parking just behind the hotel. European buffet breakfast, not particularly provided, but valid. Rooms clean and also large. Elevator and skilled and smart staff.

We enjoyed a trip to Maribor and hotel Orel is among the best. Service is really good and hotel rests exactly at the near spot of main areas, shopping mall. Guys do check in to have fun.

Room 101 — right above entrance and therefore noisiest location — nothing the hotel can do about it but avoid this room at all costs — people outside chatting, smoking area, delivery vans parking up in the early hours of the morning leaving their engines running… 2 sleepless nights

Were again super 4days thanks to the entire staff (from telephone booking to departure) again.

I stayed at Uni-hostel for three nights, the accomidation was very nice and the location perfect. The staff are thoughtful and of great help.

Were here in mid-January, 2013o. Liked it. Room class! Breakfast great. Took a note for future trips.
