➜ We were travelling through Europe as part of an interrail program. We had a problem with our transport and we arrived later than expected. When we got there, there was nobody at the reception. We rang the intercom and a lady told us we couldn't come in and rest. So, we found ourselves at night in a foreign country and with nowhere to go to. We were walking around for hours until we found a place with available rooms to sleep. But the most unbelievable part of all was that they charged our credit card. Next day we went again to explain what happened and they treated us really bad and practically kicked us out of there. Do not ever book at this place. We stayed at several hostels through Europe, and we never had any problem in any of them, expect for this one. We felt really humiliated.

Please stay away from this hotel. Our beds were covered in bedbugs and we tried to change rooms in the middle of the night but nobody was around to help. We ended up sleeping on the floor. When we told the owners in the morning they shouted at us in Slovenian and the man got extremely angry and pushed my wife into the wall. Was a pretty awful experience and definately wouldnt recommend people to stay here.

The rooms are clean enough and essential services are a waranteed. In three nights we stayed there, towels have not been changed. It was hard to find people helping to solve problems at any time, although they have been very friendly with us. The zone is quite isolated from the city centre, although there are buses nearby. The Wi-Fi occasionally worked. Breakfast is not offered. The beds have not been made in there three days we have been there. We deem it quite expensive for the services provided.
