Standard is very basic. Looks like there is a new and old side of the hotel. The old side really looks and feels old, but the price is also reasonable and it seems to beckean at least. The beds are like super hard.

The hotel is from Soviet times. It had already been stopped before. Located in the center. Nearby train station and bus station. There's a parking lot. Lovely breakfasts (buffet). No one's stopping. Water in a cold tap — drinking pure, Tatran.

Low price, good location, really in the city centre.

Prices are good, Wi-Fi signal nice and staff pleasant. They required us to give our passport/ID card to get the key (physical, metal key) to our room. Some doors don't have locks (toilet, bathroom). Breakfast buffet wasn't bad but not great either. Low-end hotel. The rooms are not very modern. An okay stay, everything necessary was there but the experience was not wonderful.

Hotel is good and cheap price. Only problem I had with hotel is that the Wi-Fi was too bad. Apart from that hotel is good for the price which I paid. Location is just 7-8 mins walk to poprad railway station which was good for me as I went to tatras by the trains for two days.

Standard. Nothing extra. Very good breakfasts. Downtown.

Clean, nice staf. Great breakfast, but old hotel and furniture and room is much mite different from photos on hotel website.

Great location close to town and transport. Book a superior room very comfy beds. Helpful staff.

Good breakfast and clean rooms. It's pretty close to the railway station so if you're going to use train.

Nice restaurant and breakfast good and hearty room and bedding very clean by cons the sanitary parts deserves a little bit of youthfulness in the standard range.

Great location. Walking distance from center but very quite street. Basic room. Good breakfast. Not well maintained. Not as clean as should be. No shades or drapes to block early morning day light.

Old school style but great place to stay! Very comfortable beds, clean, quiet, amazing view on Tatra mountains. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi. Good breakfast buffet. Special parking for motorbike. We loved it! (No hair dryer in bathroom though so if you need it, bring yours)

For 3 stars it is good, but dont exepct much. For sleepover it is good place. Breakfast is just perfect. Very nice place to sleep with kids.

Fine hotel, a little bit noisy at night, if you have windows to the street. I missed tasty desserts also :)

Old hotel, really bad Wi-Fi, old design and amenities in the room… wouldn't recommend or go back, but the positive is the good loaction.

Post Communist style room. No air conditioning and the heat was remarkable. For the price service too high.

We stayed here for three nights, though the building is rather 'soviet' style, rooms are neat, spacious, and have everything required, including ukrainian, russian, and british channels. Breakfast is a traditional buffet. The best in the hotel is its location — 3 min from central square.

Could use some updating, but the staff was excellent and friendly.

Sice starší vybavení pokojů, zato ale čisté a vzhledem ke své době stylově vybavené. 8 patro má špatný příjem Wi-Fi.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The rooms furniture is very old, San. The technique is also "ancient". The person is given one towel. In the bathroom there are no washrooms accessories. On TV, several channels Slovatskij. Breakfast is very poor. Desserts, except for the stale bread with poppy seeds for 2 days, not seen. The lighting in the hotel and the rooms quite dark and dull. The cafe is reminiscent of a smoky pub ' 90s.

The rooms was like nightmare food was OK. The first flor was beutifull but not 2-8 flors. The beds are like rock. All rooms are from second world war.

Once in 6. Days. No toilet paper. Smoking bans are not adhered to. Through exhaust shafts of only annoying Gestang. No food though personnel required a choice between three meals there only unit food after map.
Breakfast 6 times what's Jagtwurst, small strips of cheese where today I still puzzles for
one was. Overall rating so much km roof over your head, and nothing else.

Good Part: Room was Warm and Breakfast Bad Part: Service was completely unsatisfactory (the receptionist told me to come back later when trying to ask a question because in that moment she was having some papers in front of her and didn't had the time to listen my question). Cleanup service Food and beverage were. Dinner and service was a completely nightmare. You ask one thing they bring you something else, you ask for bread and the answer received "we don't have anymore", Beer, Wine almost impossible to drink and so on. Definitely I will not visit this hotel.
