Wonderful place for joys… nearby… all kind of services.

This is my story and why I give only 1 star. My family made check-in at 22.7.2017, after we paid and got the invoice, we notice that the checkout day – 25.7.2017 isn’t correct (was mistake in our invitation), we asked to fixed it but the manager Victor Zerecky seriously refused to change it, because ”we already paid”. We didn’t want to destroy our vacation so we tried to see the bright side of this mistake, our flight planned to 25.7 02:00AM so we thought to take a shower before our flight. But we got at 24.7 unpleasant surprise, there isn’t hot water in the building until next day. Again I called to the manager Victor Zerecky to ask him why in the web site or at the check in no one said us that will not be hot water at those date, as it is important information to decide to take this day or not, but his answer was “it is known that each 10 years need to clean the hot water piping”. I tried to explain that I don’t from Slovakia or Bratislava and it obviously that I can’t know about it, and I asked to get back part of that day's money, but he refused, and as a broken record he said “it is known that each 10 years need to clean the hot water piping”. From point of view of a customer, “my-home” and the person that present it, didn’t treat the issues we had raised fairly and respectfully, which made us come out with a bad taste☹.

Room cleaning could be better. Acustic insulation non existent. Bed was very unconfortable.

Great apartment block with super friendly staff. A little off the beaten track but you can walk to the historic city centre in about 20 minutes without getting lost. 61 bus from airport to railway station passes right by. Very clean, warm and comfortable.

Really good place for long accommodations. There are groceries stores, coffe shops, bars, ATMs, bus and tram stop, a mall, a market, train and bus station and the downtown very close to this place. The best was the interaction with the employees. Very friendly people.

For the person seeking accommodation cheap over the longer term, this is exactly the right thing. It is worth right when 6 months just for 2 months b. Z. W. The city centre is approx. 20 min. On foot. There are some restaurants nearby. The staff is very nice and speaks german or English and has an open ear for all. German television is there for €5 per month. To get a parking space in front of the hotel or in the underground garage for €5 a day.
