Not a bad place to stay and much cheaper than many of the hotels in Singapore. There is a buffet breakfast which caters to the asian taste. Culturally (British) the food was not for me. The rooms are adequate with good linen and towels etc. Good cable TV. And spacious rooms. Its nice but a little dated.

A good hotel for its stars. A rather cozy and convenient location from the city's main attractions.

Age hotel. The room is clean, there are foreign smells on the floor. The beds are not comfortable, small. Of the pluses is a very convenient location.

It's a nice hotel. The sights are within walking distance.

Bad. The rooms are not very high I had booked a double and they assigned me a room with single beds joined together.
Filthy bath with scattered hairs everywhere. The room l have changed with a real superior double. Ahhahaha of superior C were the hairs everywhere between the sheets and bathroom disgusting. Idem Panorama to be rejected.
I'm sorry, but not up to par. Not even the breakfast they save… Smells like a lot of hygiene. Flunked and not recommended. I'm sorry.

Nice hotel with good service. Fast Wi-Fi and mobile phone provided for time of your stay. Good location. Main restaurant serves mainly Chinese or Asian style food.

Rooms are decent. Food is good. No Room Service after 11:00pm. Breakfast serves till 10am. Reception staff is very warm.

Good location, service and quality of function rooms. However carpark facilities were in terrible condition. Could do with a fresh coat of paint and new automated barrier system.

Visited the Sun Cafe located on the ground floor of the hotel. Buffet dinner was delicious and reasonable priced. Hotel car parking was also reasonable priced at $4/ — (6.30 pm to 10.20 pm).

Nice price for location. Service was good. Rooms are a bit dated and small by modern standards. If all you need is a clean quiet room… Perfect.

The place is good, buffet food was not bad, the choices were limited but quality was good. It's located at the heart of the city. So one could do all the shopping to his/hers heart's content. Overall it's worth it.

A classic old-fashioned place to stay in Singapore.

This was an excellent hotel. We all love the room. But I need it reserved the hotel I ask between people but they only get up to when we got there so we had to add the 3rd person after getting their other than that in is fine. The food according to my wife who is very picky was excellent. Near the hotel there are hundreds of restaurants and I'm not kidding. We are vegan and have no problem finding restaurants to suit our tastes. One particular restaurant nearby is a Japanese restaurant. Because of all the different religions there and some my eating meat or animal products we had no problem finding restaurants. As well as the hotel I had a ball going to the pool every morning and evening to a short swim. They also having gym there that was not too shabby. Over all our stay there was great. All 3 of us enjoyed the place and the hotel. I recommend any traveler to Singapore go here. Ris.

This hotel is a good place to stay with nice well maintained rooms. Staff of hotel is very friendly and cooperative. Breakfast is also very food with a variety of food options. It is slightly expensive. Hotel location is also very good and just next to bus stop.

Front desk is nice. Room is simple and clean, aircon able to adjust temperature. So far the price and location is balanced, it's worth the money.

This is an old hotel, already renovated. The room size is quite large, the toilet ia a bit small with standard amenities. Breakfast is not special but acceptable. The price is very reasonable, and location is a bit far from MRT station, but there is bus stop just outside. The downside is the bed was very hard, not comfortable. But everything else is quite OK.

Good, not much to complain. The location is strategic going anywhere is easy. Have lots breakfast to choose Asian, Japanese, European, American, except that the dish is always the same from years to years :)

Lovely hotel. Easy access to MRT via Bugis. Nice buffet spread. Rooms worth the rate. Great room service with well trained staff. Has enough things to do and see around the neighbourhood.

Ballroom is pretty small. But banquet quite delicious. Got lobster. No doorman to open door for guest even for wheelchair personnel.

The hotel is quite nice. The room was clean and well kept. However the Wi-Fi was really bad. We complained a number of times, but the problem was not fixed. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

色々な口コミを見て、失敗したかな？と思って宿泊したが、いい方に裏切られました。 立地はいい。ブギス目の前、アラブストリートやクラークキーは歩ける距離だしバスも一本。MRTも路線を選びやすい。クラークキーに向けて5分くらい歩くと24時間営業のコンビニがある。 部屋はちょっと狭いかも知れないが、掃除はきちんとしてあるし、なんと言っても収納スペースが多い。 カーペットにしみがあるけれど、日本のビジネスホテルと比べたら大差ない感じ。 エアコンが寒くて、パワーを切ったが部屋の断熱がいいのか、なかなか暖かくならなかったので、毛布を要求したら、すぐに持って来ました。 当たり前のことですが、それが出来ているなら十分かと思います。 従業員が早口な上独特の発音記号で聞き取りにくいが有りますが、これは土地柄だから、しかたないかな。

Overall the rooms was clean and the hotel location was good. But disappointed they do not provide free parking for hotel guest. It's pay parking.

Hotel a little years 80 but very nice, it is in a central district and the staff is very courteous.

Good hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Food mainly caters to Chinese diaspora. The best thing other than room and cleanliness is free mobile phone in the room which you can carry around the city and also call free to around 15 to 20 countries including India.

The hotel is very nicely located on Victoria street. Bugis plaza and market is within walking distance. Taxi connectivity is good. Cleanliness is good. Courteous staff. Overall. 4 stars! Nice!

Went for birthday dinner, food was above average. But the karaoke system was old, didn't have a lot of songs, and hang quite often. The evening was still great, But it could have been better.

Went for a peranakan buffet dinner at the hotel. Had a variety of food. Good to introduce dishes to tourists or guests from other countries. But in terms of quality. I would say pretty average. Not the best but not the worst.

Good quality rooms, amazingly fast Wi-Fi. They give a smartphone with free unlimited data to take about with you as well! Very useful for tourists with limited roaming data packages.

I brought my family of four to the Ah Yat Abalone restaurant for their famous Tim Sum buffet. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant staff when they greeted me by my name (which I have provided when making the take reservation) and led me to my table. Tea is served promptly while I take my time to browse the menu. The staff was patient and helped me with my order. Food is served promptly and the quality is good. Overall I'm satisfied with the dining experiencing.

The hotel was very nice and helpful. But the breakfast was very good.

I was looking for a hotel in Singapore somewhere around US$ 100 per night and was really struggling to find a likable one; then I found this place and upon arriving found it to be a great one. Rooms are big enough in its price range with very good sleep quality; bathrooms are also good enough. Did not get the change to eat anything, so cannot really make any comment on the food quality. Will most likely stay here in my next visits until I find a better one in my budget.

I stayed in this hotel last 2 June 2017. The staff was generally nice but I think they can do better. The room was spacious but needs some touch-up and it is good to have handy mobile phone service. But unlike the one in Macau, this phone doesn't provide tethering.

The hotel is very comfortable. Suitable for short accommodation during the visit to Singapore. The location is very good in the central area, close to the trade and business centers, shops, restaurants, cafes, metro stations. Easy access to many attractions in Singapore. The rooms are simple, but self-sufficient, everything you need for travelers and for business (the Internet is both wireless and wired. ) There's a lot of electric sockets, an iron, a hairdryer, a safe. The rooms are quiet, even though the windows are on a lively street. Not a very big, not very cosy lobby massage.

Our family was recently in Victoria to travel, live in the store. We were very satisfied. Good service, clean, environment. The rooms have a good view, and everyone liked the pool and sauna's. Staff was very friendly, always made an effort to make us satisfied. Next to beautiful Victoria, we'll still live here. Thank you for letting us stay so happy.

A simple no frills restaurant.

This hotel is probably a little under rated and low profile but it's actually a very decent hotel with good service.

I had a stop over in Singapore and wished to visit relatives. So I asked Singapore Airlines to book me a hotel outside airport with transfer. Everything paid when I purchased e-ticket. After flying overnight and about an hour trip from airport, I arrived the hotel only to hear that no room was available! The man on the reception asked me to wait as their normal checkout time is 10-10:30AM. My booking was from 7 AM and showed him the voucher. I had no idea that he doesn't know at all about "transfer hotel". I was asked to wait in the lounge when I desperately needed to sleep; nor even offered a glass of water. I wasn't given the room for which I have paid in full over a month ago. I checked twice in the meantime only to get refusal. When I asked if I am getting refund for these three hours because I paid for 7 to19. He said, " no payment is made yet, what refund? " Then I pointed out the word "paid" in my voucher and only then he asked for superior's help. The asst Manager apologized and later was given an "apology fruit basket" to my room but no other compensation offered. I hope the trainees don't get over confident. I will never choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel, nice pool, walk out, taxis are sometimes struggling to find it! Too stuffy and pretentious service. A lot of mosquitoes and weddings weekend. Too expensive for the service.

Good hotel, very centrally located, spacious comfort and good service.

It's a nice hotel, nice staff, big room, I just think it's bit older comparing with the other amazing hotels but it's also more cheap than the others hotels. It's really well situated so. I would come back again to his hotel! Overall cause it has a really nice swimming pool! I recommend you! :D.

On budget? This is your hotel.

Under new management a few months ago. Renamed as Hotel Grand Pacific now. We received free upgrade upon check-in. It was a very pleasant surprise. Great location, short walk to Bugis shops and MRT station. Short cab ride to/from Ochard. Inexpensive for the location and facilities provided. One cut above the average business hotels.

Close to city centre malls, etc.
