We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The people were very nice, the room was very nice. We had air conditioning, huge windows and a balcony from which you could look over the city. It would be cleaned daily and water brought by. The shower stall was unfortunately broken, which we were very friendly about at the beginning and not a problem. The location is good, we were very happy with the value for money!

Location is pretty near mrt, room with limited TV channels, old towel and blanket.

Nice little hotel with modern basic rooms on a budget — everything a traveller to Singapore needs including good Wi-Fi and aircon. Good location In Geylang — great low-cost food options and seeing another side to Singapore that many tourists dont see. Close to public transport — Aljunied MRT is a short walk and only 4 stops (10 mins) from Bugis and lots of bus options.

No in room phone so you'd have to come down to front desk if you need anything. Ants are quick to find your food so be weary of leaving good when you go out during the day. Overall ok for the price we paid. Which was free by using my wife's credit card points.

We stayed here the 8 of us in May. The hotel is located 700 mtrs from the Alljunied MRT station. The hotel is of 8 floors and looks more of a residential apartment. We had a smooth check in and were escorted to our room. We had booked double occupancy rooms. The rooms are compact and have an attached bathroom. The room was suitable only for 2 persons and its not wise to accomodate a third one. The room had a window. Even though we had requested for a room with a balcony we couldnt get that. However later in the day we were shifted to one. The roms are clean. The bathroom too is clean. Hot and cold water is available. The manager Alvin was very co-operative and a jovial guy. Even the other staff were helpful. The restaurants are located around 300 mtrs from the property. Behind this property in the adjoining lane is the red light area however its safe to stay here. There is a 24 hr spa close by to the property. For laundry washing machines are available costing SGD 5 for wash and another SGD 3 for drying clothes. The rooms are both road facing and non road facing. Restaurant is not available at this property. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Accessible by bus and MRT. Rooms were small, though that was expected already. Food centers were within walking distance.

Decent value for money. I think it is a bit too new. We were given really old cable hangers in the wardrobe. Great location.

A new building. Clean and tidy. Every room as personal air conditioning. Cupboard with drawer. Table. Electric kettle with coffee mugs. Towels, bath mats, dental kit, soap is provided. DIY laundry. Very friendly and warm staff. Have to get own food.

Place is new, clean and good. Provides a nice place to stay with running hot water and good AC. It's not a hotel where you get food service to your room. No restaurant either. Walk 500 metres and you have plenty of place to eat.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff are very accommodating. It is also very close to train station (Aljuneid), close to restaurants too. Thank you for the great customer service :) Room is clean and comfortable to sleep in.
