Very neat, budget, backpackers' dream. Clear and supportive staff. Well connected to Brendemier and Lavender St. Metro Stations. Lots of food joints and eateries and shoppoing places closeby. Much recommended.

It's a hostel. Not a great place for families. Not a great place for group of friends either. It's perfect for lone travellers.

It's a hearty place to stay in, you'll never feel lost as a foreigner because their staff is warm and helpful, definitely make you feel like home. There are friendly reminders and travelling tips all around the lobby! The entire place is always well maintained and clean. They have several nice place to lounge around or to do some work. Wifi is fast too! Bonus: coffee and tea at the pantry all day!

Friendly staff and always ready to give advice on the nearest yummy yet cheapest foodcourts around. Didn't hesitate to help their guests to some concerns. Place is near to both mrts and awesome parks though needs some stretch of the legs. Advice, familiarize with apps like Maps, Waze or any alternatives and sure you get around Singapore easily. With the location of rucksack, it is surely a breeze to travel around beautiful Singapore.

Super friendly staff, neat and clean dorm rooms, free breakfast and lots of guide books so what else is required. I'll also not forget to mention that they are best in the price. I highly recommend this place to all those who are looking for a budget accommodation in Singapore. Trust me you'll also get a chance to meet so many like minded people over there.

Really good place to stay. Nearest subway, Bendemeer is just a five minute walk. The hostel staff are well informed, very helpful and have suggestions should you have trouble finding anything to do in amazing Singapore! Dorms are interesting, comfy beds but they're more like pods, air con is good but we could have done with a bit space in the room to store our bags. They like to squeeze in the beds. Everything else was fine, would happily stay there again!. Just wondering how much prices rise when the Formula One comes to town.

Had a really good few days here. We stayed in the pods which where very spacious and clean. Good facilities and great location.

Good place near transport and food court, staff really friendly and helpful. I just stay 1 night but I would been stayed longer. Good breakfast.

Only a 10 minute walk from the MRT station. Staff really helpful and friendly, they give you discounts if you buy attraction tickets through the hostel. Free cold water all day which is great.

Good and cheap place to stay. Very neat, have lots of facility, internet, warm bath, however if you try to checkin at very late night, there wont be anyone serving you, note with your name and instruction will placed on the wall so you can self service.

Nice cosy hostel, for a pocket friendly stay in Singapore. The staff is courteous and really helpful. The plus are cleanliness, amazing bunch of people, all day complimentary tea/coffee and the roof top garden. They also can get a bunch of discounted tickets to the attractions around.

Very nice backpack hostel. 1. Free breakfast as coffee, tea and bread are ready to be serve anytime. 2. Locker available to rent for valuable goods 3. Free PC (Mac) to use for surfing the internet and guide freely 4. Staff are friendly and ready to help with tourism knowledge 5. Bathroom and restroom are good just note that towel need to pay (unlike hotel) 6. Security considered good 7. Place are convenient for public transport.

Rucksack Inn is one of the best hostels in Singapore. It is a perfect combination of economical, lively, neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. The hostel has a very friendly and lively environment. One can just spend the whole day in the common area speaking to other guests. They have very informative travel books and maps and tour tickets etc. Ask the hostel staff for help. The breakfast is good. You may play games like chess and dats etc at the hostel. There is 24 hour free WIFi.

Spent one night over there. I would say based on such pricing, quality is acceptable. Some thing can be improved such as pantry cleanliness, strange smell of toilet, slightly deformed bed. Anyway the sleep quality still considered decent. Won't stop me from staying again next time.

It's a great place to be. Close to the airport and MRzt stations. No nonsense backpackers. The staff are friendly. Has two levels. Lower level has only one toilet and bathroom. Upstairs there are four. People staying are fun too. Would surely go back.

Very nice place for budget traveler. It is near MRT station and bus stop. They give you bread for breakfast too. You can ask for safe if you bring your expensive goods with you Definitely will come here again.

Very accommodating and helpful staff! Unfortunately when we went there they ran out of indoor sleepers so we were barefooted for our first night and got sleepers ourselves the nxt day! Loved how u can fit so many people in one room, recommends it for family travels! Also a boys and girls share washroom, did not really enjoy that : (

The personnel was very welcoming and helpful during all our staying. Breakfast is included and lasts from 7am to 12am, you can have tea or coffee and toasted bread with marmalade, butter, peanut butter and a Nutella like cream. You can't walk in with shoes so you must place the on the rack before entering (there's a camera on the entrance). Bathrooms are cleaned regularly and it has a rooftop access where usually people hang out. In the end it's a really good offer for the price.

Absolutely great. The rooms are nice, clean and cold. A nice breakfast is included and there are many amenities like a rooftop lounge and free use of computers and Wi-Fi. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, they're always down to answer your questions, give you sightseeing tips or just joke around. Would definitely recommend this place!

An okay budget hostel/inn (u get what u pay, btw) located in lavender st (about 10-15 min walk to the nearest MRT: Lavender/Boon Keng), it is surrounded by a lot of Spa nearby. i can give 1 star more if we were not welcomed by smelly shoe rack (well, because it is home-like inn, where shoes are not allowed in) straight in front of the narrow stair entrance.

A cool and cozy hostel! They've even got these sort of global plugs so euro us or U. K. Works in the bunk beds! The main lobby is a nice little nook to hang out in and smells like lemongrass and the area is convenient! When I come back to Singapore this is where I'd stay!

Nothing less than 5*… Staff is friendly and helpful… Interior is awesome. One can spend hours setting at the rooftop garden. Bus stop is just few steps ahead, easy traveling… Little India is most nearby market place for food and shopping, almost walking distance. Best for backpackers… (Y)

This place was nice to stay at. Quite clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was just toast, tea and coffee, but hey its free.

Affordable place to stay in Singapore and a lot of free peanut butter sandwiches for breakfast :) Kind staff!
